I'm absolutely OBSESSED with the radio they put into my car. I have an old Prius (2013) with an extremely outdated radio system and it stopped working. I have a 2009 Mercedes C300 that's obviously old but wasn't able to be upgraded easily in terms of stereo. Great experience overall, had a new head unit installed that comes with warranty, unfortunately there were issues with the connection to android auto where it kept cutting out for a second at a time, when back and explained what was wrong and they were happy to look at it and fix the issue absolutely free of charge, at the end it was still doing it so they replaced the unit, once again completely free as all their units come with warranty, they did not stop until the issue was fixed and I was a happy customer.
