If I could give this place no starts I would but I just wanted to share my experience with this body shop. A bit a go I was involved in an accident and the other driver asked to not go through insurance I obliged. After doing my own research on body shops and providing quotes, the other driver asked me to get an estimate through this body shop. My car is a European car, top of the line model, so I wanted to make sure that it was being handled by a professional that was familiar with my vehicle type. When I first called I was told this body shop only works with insurance claims (first red flag for me) but then when I was transferred to the owner, Ofer, he told me he was doing his friend a "favor" by working on my car and to bring it in for an estimate. Since I had never worked with this body shop before, and his website was very vague on whether they specialized in an car types, I respectfully asked if he was familiar with European cars and if the parts he would be using would be authentic parts. In my opinion that is an extremely valid question. Rather than giving me an answer he proceeded to tell me "I have been doing this for 30+ years and I know what I'm doing. When you come onto my lot you will see what kind of cars I have, I have teslas that are probably worth more than double your car" (second red flag). I was disgusted that those were the words that came out of his mouth, but, I decided to still try to give him a chance. I then proceeded to tell him I could be in in an hour to just get an estimate on how much it would cost. He then told me he would prepare an estimate and send it to the person who hit my car. I said ok great however I will need my own copy of that estimate from him personally as well. He brushed me off by saying you can handle that with the other guy (the one who hit my car) and said "I will see you shortly I am very busy" then hung up on me. I then drove 25 minutes out of my way to go to his body shop, walked in and when I informed him who I was he immediately told me I "can leave", he "doesn't want to work with me", and he's the "best body shop in the city and doesn't have time for me", oh and he also mentioned that I "ask too many questions". My questions and requests were ABSOLUTELY VALID. And clearly if those 2 minuscule questions were so offensive to him, he clearly doesn't do a good job. Let's also bring up the fact that he was talking about 2 model 3 teslas (not European cars) completely torn to shreds being worth more than double what my jaguar f-pace r-sport is worth. Moral of the story is the owner of this body shop is beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional. read more

Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they're quick to install and help you out in the future for any problems. He told me he doesn't deal with that anymore and when I asked if any of his guys could do it he said that's my problem. What a total douche bag do not go near this place. I'm surprised by the positive reviews I am seeing here as my experience was anything but satisfying. I called Galaxy Audio looking for a replacement remote for my Marksman car alarm. I had found replacement remotes online for $20 but I didn't want to wait for shipping so thought I would find a local place. I was told a replacement Marksman remote was in stock and to come on in to pick it up. When I show up the guy I assume is the owner says he'll have one of his guys look at it. 10 minutes later one of the guys I had thought was a customer waiting on a car turns out to be one of the workers and he comes over to help me. Worker tells me my alarm is old and they might have a remote that will work. That remote doesn't work. Now the worker goes to talk to the owner, not sure what the conversation was as I was standing away from them at this point. Worker goes back to my car and unplugs the alarm box and walks back to hand it to the owner. Owner comes over to me and says "No my friend this is old we cannot get you a remote for this. You need a new alarm." I ask him how much and he says $150 for a simple car alarm that only locks/unlocks the doors. Now, online / @brick n mortar I can find a simple 2-way alarm for $60-$80. I can install it myself for free. Not sure why I was quoted such a high price. I thank him for his time, take back my alarm box and leave. When I get home I decide I'll just go ahead and order the remote online as obviously I'm not going to have much luck finding a replacement remote locally. After I recieve the remote I went and put the alarm box back in my car. It doesn't work. I have all the right plugs in the right connectors but for some reason it's not powering up. I unscrew the back of the alarm box and notice one of the wires is CUT, clean through, so recently cut that the copper is still bright and shiny. I splice the wire back together, screw the back on to the alarm box, and plug the assembly back in to my car. Now it powers up just fine. My list of gripes: Lied about having a replacement remote. Had me waste my time to show up to find out they didn't have it. Slow time to help me. I got the feeling they would have rathered I got the message and left. $150 for a basic alarm. You can get one much cheaper unless this guy is charging $100 an hour, which it doesn't take an hour to install an alarm esp. if the wiring is all already in place. Sabotaged the existing alarm. Screwing open the back of the box to cut a wire. I took a good long hard look at that box. There was no way a clean cut was made without someone having done it on purpose and seeing that my alarm was working (albeit in valet mode) immediately before they started working on my car I have to call sheenanigens. Overall extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Complete and total rip-off. Or maybe the guy's a racist and wanted to rake me over the coals who knows. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. read more

I went there because one of my best friend rAfter job done, i went there to pickup the car but they were asking to pay $250 more just because the job took more than what they were expecting. $35 to get my radio installed. I am definitely happy with the service and turnout. They said I could leave and then come back in a hour to pick up my car. Luckily my friend lives about a block away so I was able to chill at their house as I waited. 45 minutes later I get a call from the lady at the shop saying my car is ready to pick up. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to get things installed in their car. Somebody recommended this place then I went over there after I was getting an estimate from another place. when I arrived I asked the owner Ofer for the same product that I was offered in the other place, he gave me a price of $300 (the other place said $450 for the same exact product). Then he said you have more options that you might like, which was never offered in the other place. he showed me my options and the price was very fair for a much better system. He said we can do it right now and that was great. I went to Starbucks for an hour and a half and when I came back, everything was connected very nicely couldn't see any work that was done on my car, they cleaned the car and it was even cleaner than the time I brought it in. I didn't need to ask and they left all my other parts in the car just in case I need it in the future.
