Ed answered the line and offered to give me quotes over phone. When I told him I could leave the car all day, he welcomed my business and was enthusiastic about taking my car in. When I got there, he helped me select the best tint options for my windows and the price was much more affordable than other tint shops in the area. He also offered a discount if I paid with cash. Just before I left, Ed asked if I called an Uber and when I told him I did, he asked me to wait inside the shop (I'm assuming for my safety) which I thought was a welcomed touch of human compassion that I don't experience often with car shops. When I picked up my vehicle, I was so impressed with the tint job. The windows looked so clean and the tint shade he recommended turned out perfect. He also offers a lifetime warranty for peels and cracks. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and how easy it was to get my car tinted so quickly, without sacrificing the quality. They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly.
