I found this window repair company on Google, and THANK GOODNESS I DID. I pulled out of my parking lot and pushed the button to slightly crack my window for some ventilation.... then suddenly the window dropped down into my car door! I had never had this happen before. I called Power Window Repair and not only did they have a mobile repair option, but the technician repaired the issue while my car was parked in my job parking lot. He was fast, friendly, and efficient! It took all of a very short 30 minutes to get me back to normal, and I couldn't be happier. So, the crazy unthinkable happened to me. My car was super dirty, so I decided to take a trip to the car wash! When I was driving in the car wash, I double checked to make sure my windows were pulled up by pushing the window up buttons to all four windows. THEN BAM.... my window fell into the door. I had to honk my horn to tell the car wash people to save me!! So embarrassing... jeez. Anywayz, I called Power Window Repair and had someone come to my house in Gilbert to fix it for me. Everything was fast and easy. I paid about two hundred to get it fixed. One thing kind of bothered me. I was told that the warranty was voided because I had a tiny little air bubble in my window tint (a really small little bubble in the corner). I didn't see this information up front on their website, so I hope they add it soon. I was told this piece of information after I paid.... so I thought that was shady. But oh well. I really don't expect the window to break again within a year, so I don't care for the warranty anyway. read more

Edit: whatever glass this company used to "repair" the window is an absolute joke. After one day in the sun it looks warped and messes with visbility. The window also grinds when going up or down. At this point I'm taking it to a dealer to be replaced with factory parts and new glass. The response I received from Power Windows Repair was nothing more than a half hearted attempt to salvage their reputation. There is NO EXCUSE for vulgar employees. The fact that I could plainly hear them cussing as they worked on my vehicle through the closed door (the kitchen door, btw) shows how unprofessional they are. I won't change my review. The workmanship was shoddy the first time so they did me no favors by honoring their own warranty. This has been nothing but a headache. There's a reason they're so cheap. I called and got a estimate for my window switch which needed to be replaced. I showed up and everyone seemed very nice. Then I was sitting inside waiting for my car and then I was told that they have ordered the wrong part and that the price would be going up by another $150. I was not prepared to pay that. I observed conflict and confusion between the people there. I felt very uneasy. I explained to them I would have to come back and figure out if I could come up with the rest of the money. I had had them get my window up the night before for a small fee to get my window closed until repair. When I asked about getting my $$ back to look around for a another quote, there was a pushy lady that told me that I WILL NOT find anyone cheapier and that will not give me any $ back that I put down. That all of a sudden there was a hold policy. She had a leg injury and was a sofa. This lady made me feel pressured into doing it with them and she was very unprofessional. read more

Good customer service is hard to find in today's business environment/ culture. So I give credit where credit is due.This is the second time I've had Power Window Repair come out and service my vehicle. I have a 2008 Honda Pilot and in 2014 they repaired the passenger rear regulator. I have had no issues since. I called Bell Honda to get a quote and they were at least 50% more expensive right out the gate. The scheduling staff explained the entire process and their instructions were concise. I believe I paid a fair price for a product that has lasted me 3 years now and will continue to last long after. The technician, Angel, was 5 minutes early and finished the repair within 25 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and called me to make contact and called me again when he arrived at my place of work. I appreciate the quick turnaround and upfront and fair pricing. I have a 2005 Tahoe that has had a busted window motor for about 6 months. The dealer quoted me a price of about $500. I'm thinking "F#%K that!!!"....So, I jammed a piece of a 2x4 into the door to keep the window up. One day I'm flipping through one of those "sale/coupon" mailers that I usually just toss in the garbage. I find an ad for Power Window Repair and I give them a call. The ad says most windows can be fixed for around $99 so I am hopeful. I called after hours so I leave a message. Someone calls me back the next morning and confirms make and model of my vehicle. She then quotes me a price of $149 and says it includes a 1 year warranty. Anyhow.... I'm sold and book an appointment for somebody to come out and fix it. He shows up, 20 minutes later my window is good as new. Do not even bother going to a dealership for an issue with your windows. The price I was quoted at the dealer was a good $350 more than I paid at Power Window Repair and there was no warranty or guarantee. If I ever have window issues again in the future, I will go straight to PWR. You should too. read more

What a great experience yesterday! They not only repaired the window of my BMW but also showed me a cable to the door that was almost broken through - no doubt by the 'other guys' with almost the same name that I had trying to repair it in my garage the day before. I couldn't believe the difference! From a guy, balancing the inner liner of my door with one hand or resting it on his duffle bag, pulling on the wires, and trying to unwrench a bolt with the other hand to this efficient, knowledgable, courteous and professional business! There is a reason this place has great reviews. I called late on a Saturday morning and a very friendly Rachel was ready to schedule me for mobile service first thing Monday morning. That would have been fine, but I kinda needed the window repaired before the week started, so I asked about coming in the same day. She told me what time to get there and that the work wouldn't take long. She also gave me a very reasonable quote for the work over the phone. I arrived on time and within 5 minutes they were working on my car. The work took about 15 minutes and cost exactly what they quoted me. In fact, the friendly lady that rang me up (Jill) remembered I found them on Yelp and told me to check in so she could give me $10 off my service. Very nice people with very fast and good service. I was really bummed when various repair shops were quoting me $330 to fix the rear passenger window of my Acura MDX. PWR came up when searching for window repairs online, so I gave them a call. I was expecting the quote to be about the same, but I was very pleased when Rachael quoted me $158 (plus $10add for drive out of service area) to fix what she was sure was the regulator based upon my description of the sound. I could have had service the next day (I called about 3pm), but I had prior plans, so it was scheduled promptly for the next day. The morning of, I contacted them to see if they could work on my car in the parking lot of a soccer facility, and they happily obliged. The technician was there promptly at 10am as quoted, and completed the work in less than an hour. And I paid exactly what I was quoted, not a cent more! About 9months ago, my dog's window [rear driver's side] on my BMW X3 broke and fell into the door. BWM fixed it under warranty but today it was dead again and fell into the door again. Which is annoying because, while I do use it more than my other windows so my dog can put her head out, I have driven only about 3,500 miles in the last year and find it hard to believe it's already broken. Anyways, it was about 2pm on a Saturday and I was freaking out about my car being left open for the thieves and vandals of ASU to have their way with the contents of my car. And because my BMW warranty ended in May and I knew they were going to charge a ridiculously exorbitant amount of money to fix it. In tears, I googled my "predicament" and this place came up at the top of my google search. I was a little hesitant but checked out all the great reviews I stopped crying long enough to grab my keys and head over to their location. They close at 3pm on Saturdays and I got there at 2:40. I figured they couldn't fix it but at least they would give me a quote. So happy I took the chance and went! Not only did they fix it right then, but they were amazing in every way. Super nice, super knowledgable, super reasonable prices, excellent service. They didn't make me feel stupid that I was crying over a broken window; and that it was my dog's. Lifetime warranty on parts - if it breaks in the 12 months they cover it! And the best part is that now I can let my dog put her head out any window she wants as much as she wants because now I now know that Power Window Repair is 8 minutes away and I won't get ripped off. This company is excellent. They start with friendly, fast customer service. The people who answer the phones are highly knowledgeable and quickly hone in on a likely diagnosis and "treatment plan" for your car window problems. The actual power window repair takes place quickly as well, and at a fraction of the cost you'd pay elsewhere. I know because I did some research a couple years ago when I had 2 power windows get stuck in the up/closed position, so I had time to shop around, and this place had the best prices by a long shot. My car make/model is notorious for having recurrent power window problems, and the fact that the car is 20 years old and in the extreme heat of Arizona only makes my windows more vulnerable to break down. Power Window Repair has a strong warranty, and after using this company on 3 of my windows in the past 2 years, I had my driver's window fail again. I was 2 months past the 12-month warranty period, but this company repaired that window free of charge within 24 hours. I found this company on Yelp and noticed all the glowing reviews so I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo into to repair the back passenger window. I believe I was in and out in 25 minutes and the window works better than new and is guaranteed for a year. Because this gentleman rebuilds the regulator with metal gears versus plastic I believe it should last the life of the vehicle going forward. Great people and highly recommended. read more

So here is the long and short of it! I called these folks at Power Window Repair, and they were at my place of employment in 45 minutes! "45 minutes". I had previously been COMPLETELY BLOWN OFF 5 times, yes 5 times, by a company that bares a similar name. Angel repaired my passenger side, (the worse window in the car cold/rain all of it), yet it was Friday, and already late when I came out, he was wiling to stay and get it done, YET I asked if I could just come in tomorrow. He made that happen for me. Jennifer the shop scheduler made it all happen the following day! I went in at like 12:30 and was on the road by 3:00 PM all FOUR windows working, and the parts they replaced will not break, oh and if they do I have a LIFE TIME WARRANTY on parts and a 1 YEAR warranty on labor! That is NUTS!!! You need your windows worked on, you better call Jennifer and get an appointment for them to come out or you to go in! It saved me 500.00 to 700.00 dollars, "easy". that I can assure you! Look these folks have this rebuild or repair down to a science. I have a BMW and typically BMW would charge 300-400 per window. I left and paid out of pocket for ALL FOUR WINDOWS to be repaired a total of $830.00 and change...You beat that and tell me all about it!
