I leave my vehicle with the understanding that the car would be available before 5pm when the shop closes. I was told I'd get a message when it's ready. I called the listed number for the West Palm Beach location and speak to 3 different automated voice prompts before reaching the main customer service at the national level who says let me try and call the store. This was at 4:00pm, Naomi, the representative says they may or may not be done by 5pm. I take a ride-share over and my car at 4:54 is parked exactly where it was at 8:30 this morning. The woman at the front desk is repeating everything I say, with no additional detail. It's 5:12pm and my car has just been taken into the back for service. Expected work time: 2 hours. I can't stress this enough, please choose a different retailer, location or overall option. No apology or explanation for the inconvenience. 1 star is too generous.

Napleton charged me $168 for the diagnostics and told me the issue was a window regulator and the cost to repair the problem would be $1,000.00 +. I called Eric at Power Window Wizzard and he came out to provide me a free estimate. He said the problem was the deterioration of the window's seal and sprayed glass cleaner and silicone on the rubber seal. Bottom line is window works fine now and he didn't even charge me money!!!
