How the main gym floor looks like
    Dinah C.

All the reviews are consistent and true (except for one): 1. Christopher (owner and trainer) is great, makes sure all the newbies are following along and understand how to do certain moves 2. No egos whatsoever, everyone in the gym was great and encouraging 3. Legit kickboxing, and you get what you put in. Make it hard or easy as you want. I attended the Muay Thai kickboxing class, typical class structure goes: -10 minute group warm up and stretch -30 minute 8 round bag work out. There are two groups, one group does some bag work for 2-3 minutes while the other group does cardio with Chris. So you're always going something, which is great! -last 10 minutes is group abs/cardio and cool down. The only reason while I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is cause the place feels sweaty. What I mean is that it didn't feel "clean." That's only because there are 3 back to back sessions in a day (and I attended the last session of the day), and I'm sure there's little to no down time to wipe things down. Also, real dudes work out there. So of course it's gonna smell like man sweat. Chris if you're reading this sorry! Haha, but on the other hand, he provided a great work out with great music!

I go to gracie jiu jitsu in the back and charles is always so cool.

My son enjoys going here. The price went up from $9 to $12 a class but that is still reasonable.

He then connected me with Josh (in sales), who introduced himself and gave me a thorough tour of the entire facility. He addressed all my questions about the gym and the individual equipment. Although, I was here only for a day pass, the staff treated me as if I was considering a full time membership. This spoke volumes of the company's commitment to providing each potential member with the same respect regardless if they ultimately decided to purchase a membership or not. Kudos, to both Josh and Gabe for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I'd ask management acknowledge them in some fashion for their good works. When visiting Los Angeles and in need of a workout UFC is the place.

I've stayed loyal because I genuinely value my membership, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I recently renewed my membership for another 3 years ($849 paid in full, with an additional 3 months added). During my phone conversation with Daniel Aguilar, I specifically told him I wanted to use the option to split the payment in half. Despite that, my credit card was charged the entire $849. This isn't the first time this has happened during one of my renewals, which makes it even more frustrating. When something like this happens more than once, it starts to feel like the customer's wishes aren't being respected. Whether it was a mistake or not, it leaves a bad impression and makes me question the sales process. I've always enjoyed being a member, but experiences like this make me hesitant to continue working with Daniel Aguilar for future renewals. Going forward, I won't be handling my renewals through him. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Long-time members deserve to have their instructions followed, especially when it comes to charging hundreds of dollars to a credit card. Customer trust is earned through attention to detail and communication, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
