One day I was going to Costco nearby so I decided to go to this location. When I checked on Yelp, it didn't have any ratings. I drove there and the gym had large windows facing the street and the two sides of the parking lot. I couldn't see any people inside, or the lights on and the door had one of those realtor key lock box. My first impression was that it wasn't open yet or that they have closed. I drove around the property again and I finally saw a person inside, so I parked and went in. When I walked in there was a gentleman inside the office and I asked him for the WiFi password. He pointed to a sheet of paper and asked me to first read the gym's rules. I did and I told him that they were the same as my home base AF. I asked when did they open. He said that in February of this year. The place is small, but everything looks brand new, with the newest equipment of any AF that I have visited. I retired from the hospitality industry so I am very picky in sanitation and looks of places that I visit. The place is pristine! My only negative observation is that they have paper towels and a spray bottle without a label as a cleaner. I prefer gyms that have antibacterial gym wipes as some of the clubs have. Otherwise, the gym is excellent and I wish the owners great success.

We turned our living room into a makeshift home fitness center and managed to workout daily for years, and even after the Great Unmasking, we were hesitant. In September, we decided to give this Orangething in our backyard a go. Five days a week, this place has me dripping within about 13 minutes of the hour long ordeal. For the uninitiated, this program cycles through treadmill, rowing machine and floor exercises, every day offers a dynamic, carefully timed routine, and I always start on the tread because I'm the type of person that wants to get the worst part over with right away. I can say that during my decade-plus time working out at UFC Gym, I never lost weight. Here, in just a couple months, I'm down at least seven pounds and two inches disappeared from my waistline. Sweet. The quality of instructors generally blows me away. Diverse in gender, ethnicity and age, these people are the pinnacle of professionalism, I just can't believe they teach every class as if they've rehearsed it for weeks. The office is friendly, and if you're a social butterfly you'll find your gun show tribe, here. Most importantly, you'll tell yourself, over and over again, "I can do anything for 60 seconds" and in time you'll know precisely how short, and achingly long, 60 seconds can last.

Do not respond to their email surveys or you risk retaliation from this coward company. I have never seen anyone cleaning the area, wipes are many times empty, and AstroTurf area is so dirty it feels greasy. Managers are arrogant and incompetent, many issue unfixed for over a year. Chuze is always very busy and I was trying to bring her over to the Defined side. They would not allow her to work out without signing up first. Reasoning being that she is a minor and there is not a clause in their waiver stating that if a minor is injured they are liable. With as long as Defined has been around, it would seem like they would have added this by now. Especially since she was accompanied by her guardian. So how would any teenager know if they like this gym before they want to sign up? It seems like they're trying to force a sign up to me. My rating is based off of a suspicious business model.
