When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.

I was SHOCKED with the results, especially after the nightmare King Auto Center gave me with my truck. Paul worked on a stain we had on the car and managed to get it off - AND the finish on the car was like BUTTAH! Needless to say, tires and rims were not just clean, they were sparkling!
