Professional on the phone and when scheduling the appointment, their estimator, Nick called me when he was a few minutes out to let me know he was coming. Just finished talking to Nick about my situation. To my surprise he recommended a completely different course of action. Rather than just agreeing to quote down spouts that might not fix the problem, Nick suggested checking with a plumber about snaking the existing down spouts. It resulted in no new business for him this time but I was very impressed by his integrity and home maintenance being what it is, I know soo we or later I will have a reason to need a roofing or rain gutter company.
