Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling. We even talked about how we could add work to their repair to help lesson the blow, but then they ghosted us.
