They sent us 2 of the same piece.

We ordered a full set of plastics and they sent us 2 right side pieces. They then asked us to send back the incorrect piece so they could swap it out. We sent the piece back and now theyare only offering us a 20% refund, yet we have to buy a new set of plastics at full price. They made a mistake and they should step up and make it right.

    I'm told a quart is $15, I paid $35, still only got 1 quart.

Ordered 6 quarts of oil through and ad for 6 quarts of oil, paid 35 dollars for 6 quarts of oil. Received 1 quart of oil, and was assured by powersports superstore the listing was for 1 quart of oil. Tried multiple times to get my order fulfilled as advertised, as purchased, and as paid for and only received excuses of "bad listings" and "you can send it back to us". VERY unprofessional dealing with this company, have emails from Joeseph and Amand, called in and was told they have no joeseph or amand, and I called the wrong place. Upon them looking up my order however..... I didn't call the wrong place.. was given the run around again about "bad listing, can't give you what we advertised and sold you... quart of oil is $15..." In short: I paid $35 for 6 quarts of oil, then was told I only bought 1 quart of oil for $35. then I was informed quarts of oil are $15. Sounds like either horrible math, or extortion to me. To be fair, they refunded me and told me to keep the quart of oil after much debate.. but I won't be shopping with them again.

This is probably the worst company I have ever bought and or ordered from. I ordered my Cobra Neighbor Haters March 27th, they did not not process till Tuesday April 2nd, shipped out and across town till April 7th then finally left Texas for Puyallup Washington. Recieved at end of day April 8th. I should have read the reviews about this company prior to any purchase. Other places people ordered same product, shipped out same day or next and received within 24 to 48 hours. I will just chalk this up as a learning experience and move on but not before letting others know, wiser to move on.

This is what they claim as damage. I don't see anything. And all I did was hold it up to the quad and saw it was not going to fit.

Just tremendous pieces of shit. They send the wrong product and then expect YOU to pay to return the product.

I was a little upset about the shipping delays however customer service stayed on top of FedEx and made sure I got my helmet.

I'm going back…read more Stopped here after two other stores, looking for a new jacket and some gloves. This is my store. I was asked for help as soon as I walked in, told the person what I wanted and they pointed me in the right direction, and they did something cool: they let me shop. Riding gear is very personal: it's the only thing between you and the road if something goes down. You want it to fit. To feel secure, well-made and substantial. And you don't need some "clerk" hurrying you up. Let me be clear: the peeps @the Killeen Cycle Gear shops are not "clerks." They're riders. They showed me the section I was interested in and let me try on every single jacket I wanted without bothering me. I was there half an hour trying one after another and, yes, they checked in twice to see if I needed help, but when I said I was cool so were they. Finally, I started to leave because the only jacket I wanted - a full-leather beauty that fit like a dream, I could not afford. Before I got out the door one of the guys asked me about what was happening. And here's what happened next. That guy found me two discounts I was eligible for, and his partner was able to dig my Cycle Gear membership out of the records even though it did not initially show up on their terminal. Bottom-line? I got out of there with about 35% off my jacket with enough cash to buy some high-quality gloves. Yes. The peeps at Cycle Gear - at least in Killeen - will do everything they can to help you get what you want at the best price available without any sales "BS". Like I said, they're riders, and, who do you want to buy from? Go.

Erin was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is pretty professional -- they aren't the over friendly/fake type but they aren't snobs either. Like most local bike shops, they're not a huge location -- but they can order whatever you need at a good price. I'd come here more often if I didn't live all the way in Buda. Overall I give it 5 stars. It was clean, they had nice gear, workers who actually ride and they didn't bs. I'll be back!

I open the Shoei GT Air II box and much to my surprise it contained an obviously used, badly damaged Arai Corsair helmet, a tinted, damaged fake face shield that was not even attached (they slapped some hardware for installation in a separate bag), and had the gall to slap a Shoei GT-Air II sticker on the shield trying to pass it off as an authentic Shoei pin-lock system. Most blatant fraud I have ever experienced from Amazon. This reseller should be banned from the site. I mean really, did they think they were going to get away with this? I'm done with Amazon. Going to a reputable motorcycle equipment site for my future purchases.
