I would give this a zero if possible . He is not licensed , he gave me a quote of $165 to trouble shoot . After 15 hours in my home he charged $2100 to replace 8 outlets and 5 GFCI's He could not find the problem and did not tell me he was charging to see what he could find . Highest possible recommendation!!! Our old Zinsco panel was acting up and causing us significant problems. Peyman quickly responded to our weekend emergency call and got us back up and running. I ultimately determined that I should replace the Zinsco panel (you should too if you have one, do the research, unsafe!). Peyman completed the panel replacement on time, on budget (lower bid than the others btw) and even identified an unknown plumbing issue we had in our crawl space. These guys are AHHHHMAZING! Talk about super responsive and helpful, AND it was Christmas Eve. They came out same day I put in my request and were available literally within 2 hours. I live in a very old home built I believe around the 1930's so you can imagine the horrendous wiring. I had lost power in 1/2 the place, everything in the kitchen and 1/2 my living room as well. I reset my breaker multiple times and even called SMUD for assistance - with no success. So with a fridge full of food for the holidays I could not afford to lose power. The gentleman can by, ran a few tests and viola!! He restored my power in literally 30 minutes. Peyman replaced switches and a panel, restoring all the lighting in our huge backyard, fixed a wall socket that had melted, installed three recessed ceiling lights (including having to cut through the ceiling to make the holes big enough for the lights to fit), and a brand new ceiling fan in two days and for a great price. I really appreciated how he explained everything well and was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to ask my preference about the color of the lights and fan blades when he could have easily made those decisions himself to save time and I wouldn't have even known there was another option. I had a problem with my new fridge tripping my GFCI. I requested for a quote and Peyman replied and came out the same day! It didn't take very long for him to fix my problem either. I just wanted my fridge on a non-GFCI outlet so it doesn't trip and then spoil all the food inside. Thankfully I didn't need to explain all that and just said "fridge is tripping GFCI. Help" and he did exactly what I had in mind haha. Not only that, Peyman was very personable and kind enough to check out something that I might need work on in the future. Installed a plug in our fireplace for an electric fireplace installation. Was very efficient and did a great job.

We did a complete bathroom remodel and the last task on the list was to establish a new cable which was to power 2 mirrored medicine cabinets that were perimeter LED lit, phone charger on the inside and 110 outlets on the inside.(each mirror weighed more than 40 pounds) In addition power needed to be added to 2 sconce lights and cable run up to the attic and down to a dimmer switch.....BIG JOB. Everyone else wanted pictures to make a bid or couldn't come for a week to assess the job. Peyman came within 2 hours. He thoroughly assessed the job...gave a fair quote...and scheduled the start in 2 days, He showed up on time with his great helper and they laid down tarps and began the job. I wanted to pull an inlet light off a three-way hallway switch and put it on its own dimmer switch. I thought that sounded like an easy job but I was wrong. The electrician was nice enough but discovered later in the job that he couldn't do what I wanted because the connection in the attic was impossible to reach. My issue with the service was that the electrician showed up ill-prepared. He didn't lay down a tarp over the job site and we have two chips on the hardwood floor where he dropped something. He also didn't have a 12-foot ladder to get into the attic or a broom to clean up the site. Unfortunately, he cut the sheetrock for the bigger outlet before he found out that the job couldn't be performed as I wanted. So I had a long cleanup, dirty walls and a mess on the floor, chips in the hardwood, a bigger switch plate to cover the empty new space, and out $150. Not a good experience. read more
