We wanted to replace a 60's era Zinsco electrical panel and needed a grounded outlet installed in my office. I received two other quotes before contacting Byron at WiseCo. He completed the work by the time he promised and took care of working with SMUD and the city (Rancho Cordova). He also provided a generator so I could continue working. While he was here we asked him about replacing a fluorescent kitchen light with a new LED light. He suggested retrofitting the light with LED tubes rather than installing a completely new light. Just used Byron from WiseCo for the third time in about five years. He was replacing a ceiling fan for us and discovered that there was a short in the old one. Possibly it had been installed by a DIY-er which is why I prefer a professional when dealing with electrical work! He also replaced the ballast in the fluorescent lighting fixture in about five minutes. He knows what he's doing, he's fast, and his pricing is very reasonable. The previous time was when we had just moved into our house and wanted someone to look through all the issues that were in our home inspection report plus check on the wiring throughout the house, which was a total of seven items. He went through them all, fixing problems as needed or educating us if the issue was minor. The first time was the biggest job, which was in our old house built in 1950, where he replaced the electrical box. As a repeat customer, I highly, highly recommend him. Woohoo! This was as good as it gets! When it was time to get our furnace working this fall we were dismayed by our entire thermostat going dark!
