The service tech, Amir, left dirt streaks all over the exterior where large sections were clearly missed. There were visible liquid trails from cleaning products both inside and outside the car. Some windows weren't cleaned at all, and others looked like they were sprayed with cleaner and rolled up without wiping. The interior barely looked touched. Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever.

I just so happened to be visiting Matthews after a recent move and when I pulled up was having troubles with the payment machine due to my error...and a sweet guy name Phil came to assist me.... but the funny thing about it was I had been going there on their monthly special for sometime now over a year and just the fact that he knew me and was asking where had I been? I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! I decided to stay and use the vacuum facilities, which I was pretty happy about. Vacuum cleaners were really strong and effective. They also have a mat cleaning machine that you can use free of charge. They also offer glass cleaner and towels free of charge. My only complaint is that the actual car wash itself didn't do a great job of actually getting the dirt and bugs off of my bronco. I wasn't expecting perfection on the front grill as some of that stuff is pretty smashed in, but I still had rain streaks and dirt around the frame of the front windshield and along the sides of the bumpers, both front and back. I probably should've taken it back through a second time, but I just didn't bother to get back in line. Also, this place got pretty busy between 10 and 12 so I would suggest coming during non-peak hours or risk not being able to pull into one of the vacuum cleaner stalls
