Next day I called again and got same answer. Finally I called and was told the crews got mixed up and that each one thought the other was assigned the job. Since then three more days of calls to get a new date got the same "call you back in 15 minutes". When I finally pinned Brian down for a date he said he hoped for the end of next week but had no apology and only explained he has too much to do. When hiring someone to work on my house, one of the most important things to me is feeling…read morecomfortable around the person and feeling safe in my home with them on my property. Reed is extremely personable and all communication was excellent, which put me at ease before he even got here. He came out to do the gutter cleaning but I hadn't mentioned the gutters had guards so he ended up needing to come back to do the job, however he went up and removed the visible trees starting to grow out of the gutters while he was here the first time, which I really appreciated. This is the first time I've had gutters cleaned and I wasn't aware the guards were an issue, so if you have guards, mention it up front to avoid any issues. He came back and instantly got to work. I have a large home so it took him a few hours to clean the gardens that had started growing in my gutters. When he was done, all the greenery was gone from my gutters and the downspouts were cleaned out. This is going to sound weird but I am looking forward to the next time it rains so I can see how the gutters are supposed to work. Since purchasing the home, the rain has been pouring over the edge of the gutter and the soffits had started to sag in places where the little trees had started growing. After he was done, there was noticeably less sagging in the soffits, which I was very happy to see. The guards were obviously not working as intended because as I said, there were little trees growing, so we discussed it and decided to not put them back on. Next year, we will have him install a different type of guard system that will hopefully work better than what was in the house when I purchased it. Overall I was extremely pleased with Reeds work and my interactions with him and would suggest him to friends or family needing their gutters cleaned. He is an extremely hard working man and I will definitely be using him the next time anything needs to be done with the gutters. Give him a try! You won't regret it.

On my way to the house I called my insurance company go get the claim going. They asked if I needed a remediation company which I did so they dispersed tech clean. As never having deal with an issue like this, Rob the owner was great. He walked me thru the process. Nick his main guy who was in the field did an awesome job of keeping me in the loop of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They came back everyday to check the levels and make sure everything was going as planned. Rob was accessible all the time even on Sundays. If you are ever in a situation where you need remediation/ clean up I highly recommend tech clean. They showed up in under 2 hours from the initial call. As I told Rob, I hope to never have to use them again but if anything ever happens and I need their services I would def use them. Highly recommend!

He was sincere and he had his crew come and replace all my gutters with new ones. They were neat and Jamie was onsite. Leaf guards were not put back on. The very next day we had heavy rain. i had no wet rugs this time. it was clearly defective gutters/ leaf guards. I do have a ruined rug that will need to be replaced and now no leaf guards. Jamie did offer to help with the leaf removal in the fall. Jaime is a hard working person who went the extra mime to make this right. I do appreciate it, however it should have been this way from the start.
