He was sincere and he had his crew come and replace all my gutters with new ones. They were neat and Jamie was onsite. Leaf guards were not put back on. The very next day we had heavy rain. i had no wet rugs this time. it was clearly defective gutters/ leaf guards. I do have a ruined rug that will need to be replaced and now no leaf guards. Jamie did offer to help with the leaf removal in the fall. Jaime is a hard working person who went the extra mime to make this right. As for my reason for stating this I'll elucidate now. Marty put 6" white gutters on my house about two years ago. They removed old system and had the new one installed in a few hours. They also installed leaf covers as well. Now for why I rate Marty so highly, a few months ago, I reached out because I heard banging above my wjndow when it was windy. I reached out and told Marty I was concerned the gutter was loose and would eventually fall. To his credit, Marty sent his crew and they tightened up the gutter that was loose. A few days later I heard the banging again and reached out again, letting Marty know that possibly, the rest of the line was loose. Again, to his credit, Marty's crew came by. They went on the roof and closely inspected the line. It turned out the gutters weren't loose but the critter guard around my solar panel was! I felt terrible asking them to come but the crew happily tightened the critter guards. Something they didn't have to do! So I stand by the fact that Mr. Gutter is a solid company to work with and completely backs their work, even backs another company's work! When hiring someone to work on my house, one of the most important things to me is feeling…read morecomfortable around the person and feeling safe in my home with them on my property. Reed is extremely personable and all communication was excellent, which put me at ease before he even got here. He came out to do the gutter cleaning but I hadn't mentioned the gutters had guards so he ended up needing to come back to do the job, however he went up and removed the visible trees starting to grow out of the gutters while he was here the first time, which I really appreciated. This is the first time I've had gutters cleaned and I wasn't aware the guards were an issue, so if you have guards, mention it up front to avoid any issues. He came back and instantly got to work. I have a large home so it took him a few hours to clean the gardens that had started growing in my gutters. When he was done, all the greenery was gone from my gutters and the downspouts were cleaned out. This is going to sound weird but I am looking forward to the next time it rains so I can see how the gutters are supposed to work. Since purchasing the home, the rain has been pouring over the edge of the gutter and the soffits had started to sag in places where the little trees had started growing. After he was done, there was noticeably less sagging in the soffits, which I was very happy to see. The guards were obviously not working as intended because as I said, there were little trees growing, so we discussed it and decided to not put them back on. Next year, we will have him install a different type of guard system that will hopefully work better than what was in the house when I purchased it. Overall I was extremely pleased with Reeds work and my interactions with him and would suggest him to friends or family needing their gutters cleaned. He is an extremely hard working man and I will definitely be using him the next time anything needs to be done with the gutters. Give him a try! You won't regret it.

Since doing our roof I have recommended them to my parents, who had three other roofers try to fix their leak. ML Best was thorough and found the issue and fixed it. I used them for my grandmother's house, recommended them to two uncles, a cousin, my close friend, and even my Dermatologist. Every single one of them called me to rave about how great they are.
