The Beehive on Caroline Street is easily one of my favorite spots in Atlanta. It's so much more…read morethan just a store; it's a creative escape. I've spent quite a few weekends there taking everything from sewing and flower arranging to candle making, and every single class has been a joyful experience. There's something refreshing about stepping away from a screen and actually making something with your hands. The boutique side is just as great--it's packed with unique, high-quality gifts from local makers, so you're always finding something one-of-a-kind. Plus, they give you 20% off any purchases on the day you take a class, which makes it nearly impossible to leave empty-handed. If you're looking for a new hobby or just want to support the local creative scene, you really can't beat the vibe here.

It's easy to get lost in here because there is so much amazing stuff to choose from. Jewelry, clothing, food, crafts, soaps, and much more. I found things that I didn't even know I needed in here and I can't wait to go back. I saw some cologne and intention candles that I want. The price of their items range from $4 - $100 for certain things, but from what I saw the value outweighed the price repeatedly. The best part, again, is supporting so many other businesses in one place. Kudos to the owners for having such an awesome vision. There's lots of parking here because they are located off Caroline in that shopping area. Parking is free too. The shop is super organized and Mari greets everyone who comes in. You will leave with something.

A must visit shop every time we visit Atlanta. The owner of…read morethe shop is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. She sources her items from various African countries. Wonderful selection of metal, wood and bone jewelry, African clothing (male and female) and perfume oils, shea butter and body oils all at Excellent prices! Very reasonable. My teen sons had a ball buying a bunch scented oils for themselves and their girlfriends, all for less than one small bottle of cologne!

The strands of medium beads are solid, bright colors like lime green. The strands of small beads have a main color with a little of other colors mixed in. I got two strands of the small beads; one green with gold pieces and one white. The young lady in the store helped me size, cut, and tie my beads on. I thought I was supposed to wrap the strand around twice, but she explained that you tie them around you once where you want them then cut the excess. You tie them in a knot, so they aren't meant to be taken off and on, unless you're cutting to make it tighter. I also got a beautiful fabric fan and I wish I'd bought two or three. The fabric is heavy, the handles are thick and easy to grip, and there's a loop to hold it open or clos
