I gave them 4 stars because the SA we got were nice and professional. We were 3 of us and my friend was interested in buying the bag. The SA patiently gave my friend to try the bag and usefully suggested what bag she match with. We were enjoying about decorating of big store and the service. Even we ended up didn't buy anything but the SA still good with us.

This store is beautiful because it used to be the original Guggenheim museum. Sales associate Ashley Garcia immediately helped us once we walked into the store and was so friendly and helpful. I liked how she never pressured us but was super helpful when we were looking for certain bags. She was so right about how her store would have more selections than a department store because they carry "boutique only" items. This store has all of the latest items that are so hard to find back home in California. EXCELLENT customer service!

    Love this beautiful bag!

Just want to give a brief update. I placed an order over the phone for 2 water bottles (yes, they have them). They arrived quickly and were beautifully wrapped. This is my favorite Prada location! This review is on behalf of my husband. We went to Prada in SoHo the weekend before Christmas. I know. I'm crazy. I own many Prada's but I've never been to this location before. As I was waking around, my husband was secretly buying me a bag. The sales associate quickly helped him with the transaction. She was a great help. He was even able to put it in the car before I got back from downstairs. It was a beautiful Christmas present. The staff was very friendly but not overbearing. The store is beautiful and they have items that I've never seen before such as pens and water bottles. It's my new favorite store. I will be back. By the way, I LOVE the new shopping bags. They are like pieces of art.

This is the black one that I switched from the red one at the 5th Ave Prada.

I just want to update on the prior review. I really appreciate that the handbag manager Michelle not only read the review but also personally reached out regarding my last experience at the store. I wish all the sales staff will be more genuine to their customers with every single sale in the future as each sales is more than just a monetary transaction. Thank you so much for taking the issue seriously. Sincerely, Beixi J

Great shop yes. Great place in SoHo yes. BUT- the staff is horrible. Bitchy guys and girls. I like their other shops in the city.

Beautifully designed, beautiful clothing, shoes and accessories, beautiful people...way too pricey for me. I'm playing Lotto tonight.

Does anyone know that the "slide" or "skateboard ramp" is really a stage used for fashion shows and rock concerts?

This bag means the world to me because it was my very first designer bag, gifted to me over 10 years ago They worked absolute magic! The cleaning and restoration were done with such incredible care and attention to detail. When I got it back, it literally looked brand new You would never know it had gone through anything! Shoutouts to Leather Spa bringing it back to life! On top of that, the turnaround time was so fast which meant so much to me. I'm beyond grateful to have my sentimental piece restored so beautifully. It looks just the same now as it did when I first got it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert care for their luxury items! 10/10 experience!

I first brought the boots to the Grand Central location and was turned away because apparently only 55th Street (the least accessible NYC location for me) does calf alterations. My boots were 1-1.5" too wide in the calves as I have very narrow legs, and while I was clear that I didn't want them to be tight, I did want them to look more fitted and neater around my legs. I went to 55th Street and intentionally had the boots fitted over jeans, repeatedly telling the store employee that he was cutting off my circulation and needed to loosen the boots. Rather than listen to me and do what I asked, he told me that they could stretch them if they turned out too small. I very adamantly said no, I will not compromise the integrity of the leather by stretching them nor will I agree to have the boots made too small so that additional work will be required. I finally asked him to provide the final measurement and was told it was 13". The boots were originally 14.5" for reference. The boots were ready in just over a week, which already had me concerned since I hadn't requested a rush job. Upon receiving them, I could immediately see that they were two different sizes. The left boot is 12.5" and the right boot is just barely 12.25". They are nearly impossible to zip, the seams were done VERY poorly and not straight, and most importantly, they do not fit without severe pain. I cannot walk in them. I literally can't even move my right ankle. And that's on my bare legs without jeans. I immediately contacted Leather Spa and received a response from Vincent who said it's very common for boots with this type of repair to require additional treatment and that I should bring them back for stretching. Did I not already have this conversation BEFORE I paid $300+ to ruin $2k+ boots??? Vincent insists they are not ruined even after I sent photos showing that they very much are. Further, they didn't even send them back to me nicely - they threw shreds of cut leather pieces inside one of the boots and just sent them off that way as further evidence of the total rush job. I used to frequent Leather Spa 55th and my patronage fell off years ago after they did something very similar to a pair of $300 boots. I was very clear during my visit this time that that could not happen again with my brand new Louboutin boots that were significantly more expensive. Had the employee just told me on the spot that they were going to cut my boots too small and require stretching thereafter, I would've taken the boots, walked out and gotten them repaired elsewhere. Literally the only reason I returned to Leather Spa is because Christian Louboutin recommends them. Never again.
