Yes there's a beach and sand, in the middle of the neighbourhood. Awesome! A paved running trail is conveniently located around the beach. The worst experience we had was with the ginger tea. The issue was with the split milk. It might have to do with the ginger used since they showed us the milk they were using and it looked fine. The gentleman said that that's how it is and it doesn't mean the milk is bad or something. We weren't convinced - having had ginger tea every day back home. The gentleman showed his own ginger tea which he was drinking but that also had split milk and he was drinking it happily. By this time I had lost the motivation to argue and just left it there. Americano was okay. Overall, I'll give it a pass.
