So disappointing. Natalia and I crafted a very detailed plan for my wedding, and I was very excited for her flowers. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets looked great! However, the corsages for my mother and mother-in-law were missing (!!!). How that can be missed I do not know. We also had four readers, who were supposed to receive boutonnieres for the wedding. Instead, we were given three corsages instead (?!). How does that work? My mom got hysterical that she didn't get one (and that is NOT SOMETHING a bride needs the morning of her wedding!). My MIL also complained about Natalia's assistant, who seemed to blankly stare at my MIL as she gave her all of my materials and went over the instructions as they were supposed to happen. I should mention I handed over some extra vases and mason jars. They are all missing after the event, and I never saw them set out. I don't know what happened. I was very disappointed in how it all turned out in the end, and wish I had the option of going with a different florist. read more

She was great at emailing me ideas and designs and tweaking them to what I was looking for. Out of the 3 florist I met with for our wedding Natalia won us over! We are all about supporting the small business without loosing out on quality. Never did I imagine being able to get the flowers that we did through Little shop. I always thought real flowers were so far out of my budget and she is so willing to work within your budget without feeling like you need to sacrifice what you really want. All of our conversations were very laid back and efficient, never did I get the sense that something was being pushed on us or that we were not on the same page. I'm so happy we chose Abby Flowers as our floral vendor. The owner Natalia made everything seem effortless, she was amazing at staying in touch and keeping the communication open, she had great ideas and suggestions for our vision, and she made sure we stayed within our budget. We had a specific kind of tablescape for our reception that could only be set up after the ceremony, and her staff came back to set up the tables hours after they had done the original drop-off. I was concerned that the venue coordinators wouldn't be able to create exactly what Natalia and I had talked about, so knowing that her amazing staff would be setting it up eased my concerns. I had a specific image of our flowers in my head, and Natalia seemed to understand the type of atmosphere we wanted to set from the beginning. I was so excited when I saw the bouquets, she had added some other flowers/greenery that fit our wedding so perfectly, and my bouquet ended up being even more beautiful than what I envisioned!! Covid brides beware...When we made the difficult decision to adjust our wedding plans, not only was Natalia completely lacking in empathy (and even chided us for making our decision "too early") it became clear that her "business plan" makes this just another business... which is fair, but not the special experience most brides are hoping for. I confess I do not know much about flowers, but Natalia took my limited knowledge and dream for my wedding flowers and went above and beyond to create something that was more than I could have ever imagined for my wedding day! ****Wedding - March 2017 ****Natalia was so phenomenal to work with. She made the process easy and fun. For some reason, I was very indecisive about what flowers I wanted for my wedding (very unusual since I had everything else planned down to the very last detail). Although I sort of had a vision for what I wanted, I'm not a gardener, so I didn't really know the names of flowers, what's in season, etc. It was great hearing her suggestions and working together to come up with the overall look. I ended up doing 2 different trial bridal bouquets because I just wasn't completely in love with the first one we tried. Even though it was exactly what I described that I wanted originally, it just didn't feel "me." Natalia was so awesome about it, we talked it through, and then the second time around I was obsessed with what we came up with! She didn't make me feel like I was being a "bridezilla," but totally understood how important getting all the details right were. I also loved all the accent pieces and candles that we rented. Everything ended up being gorgeous, and I love the whole presentation! One small sidetone that I particularly liked about Natalia- She accepts Chase Quick-Pay!! We can't say enough about how great of an experience we had with Natalia at Abby Flowers. When researching florists for our wedding, everything and everyone began to blur together. Like most brides and grooms, we wanted our wedding to feel unique and not just like everyone else's. Natalia stood out to us right from the beginning. Her background in fashion styling is evident in her floral design. Each design is organically developed by her inspiration at that moment. She and her staff do not produce cookie cutter designs. She truly listens to what your big picture goals is and brings that goal to life through not only floral design, but ideas for décor. She takes in the space and her creative juices start flowing. Also, she is somebody you can trust and let run with it. We didn't see our floral until the day of, which might make some people nervous, but we recommend just trusting her. Natalia and her team helped to make our July 2019 wedding absolutely beautiful! When I first met Natalia in her studio, I was instantly put at ease due to her talent and willingness to work with our budget. She was able to understand my vision, repurpose flowers from the ceremony for the reception, and give multiple options based on what I was looking for and could afford. We had her and her team create our centerpieces, arch garland, table garland, garland for the chandeliers, aisle decor, cake flowers, napkin lavender, bouquets, boutonnieres, and bigger flower arrangements for the aisle entrance. Everything looked amazing the day of and lasted all day and all night! Our ceremony was supposed to be outside and due to the weather had to be moved inside which I was pretty bummed about, but her team went above and beyond to make the space look so romantic and were quick to think with using some of the centerpieces to line the aisle as well. I am so grateful for them for having the creativity to make those changes. They also were there at the end of the night cleaning everything up and we did not have to worry about a thing. I used Abby Flowers Design for my wedding 9/2014 and really enjoyed working with Natalia. I was very satisfied with my flowers and the service I received. I coordinated everything with Natalia through e-mail and a phone call and found her to be very responsive and willing to work with my vision and desires for my wedding. Her prices were VERY reasonable and the flowers were fresh and beautiful when they arrived. The delivery was on time, quick and easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I requested the wrist corsages for the mothers and grandmothers be all ivory in order not to clash with their varied dresses, but they did include some of the pale pink and dark blue flowers which were in my bouquet. Not a huge deal to me, honestly, but I do know some people would have been much more annoyed with this. My husband and I were only engaged for a short time, so we had to make decisions pretty quickly. Abby Flowers Design was one of the first vendors that we hired, and it was a very good decision. I had a vision in mind and we met with Natalia in February to pick out the color scheme and decide on what flowers we would use. By April I had completely changed my mind and Natalia was very patient with me as we totally changed the vision. I was still very nervous about the flowers because I wanted them to be big and full and when I am not in control I have a hard time allowing someone else to take care of things. I stressed to Natalia what I wanted (and what I didn't want) and she listened and was very honest with me when she did not agree with my decisions and was very vocal about what she thought would work and not work. I trusted her and was relaxed about it before the wedding. The day of the wedding came around and at first when I saw the bridesmaid bouquets I was a little upset....there was a color in there that I had not picked out and probably would have said no if she suggested it.....however.....it looked BEAUTIFUL. The centerpieces also had some colors and flowers that I did not expect, but they were gorgeous and better than I imagined. If you are comfortable with letting someone guide you and possibly relinquishing a little bit of control, Natalia will deliver beautiful and very well done flowers.
