They had always sanitized in between waxing's, but they now sanitize in between every customer who sits in the eye brow chairs too. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.
