I just happened to walk in right behind 3 people, and two more people were in the salon ahead of them, waiting to be seen. There was only one employee who had her hands full with thread, a phone and someone's face. There is a sign up sheet to keep the order of customers who come in, and the services they want, so I was dismayed that the 3 people who got there ahead of me just shy of a minute were signed up for some heavy duty waxing services. I really wanted to get home, but I had a Zoom conference in the morning that I did not want my eyebrows to be the star of, due to their size and disheveled state, so I patiently on the outside but screaming at every passing minute on the inside decided to wait. It was worth it. Salima was so good at managing her time in between her customers, and treating every one of them with care and congeniality. When it was my turn to do my brows, even though there were a few more people waiting and it was getting close to closing time, she did not rush or cut corners (just my brows. hah!) and gave me her full, undivided attention. The thread that she uses is very thin, which makes for an easier threading experience and is more precise at getting those tougher to reach baby hairs. She made sure they were smooth and polished before I left, going over them a few times to catch anything she may have potentially missed. I loved my experience with Salima, and will definitely take the time to drive out a little further and pay a little more for this experience. Side note: If you are getting anything waxed that you don't want the rest of the salon to know about, I suggest you go when it is not busy. Us Indians aren't exactly known for our subtlety, and the acoustics in the salon are so that I found out some very interesting details about someone's Brazilian that I could have done without hearing.

The lady did not brush my eyebrows up and cut them like the others do, she took out too much hair in the middle so one side starts right at my eye instead the bridge of my nose.both eyebrows are messed up but that one on the right is all jacked up. And in between my eye brows are so red and bumpy. It's sad to say but I will have to give my business to someone else. Glad I did not get a Brazilian wax. Her salon is in the cute little house on Maple Dr. Make sure you look closely as there are only yard signs in the front of the house. There are a few parking spots out front, but more around back. She greeted me when I walked up and I was shown to the wall of polish. She also offered me some water. I always have a hard time deciding on a color. I told her the turquoise I had in mind and she was so helpful is pulling out all the shades of turquoise she had. I then sat in this comfortable massage chair for my pedicure. She even turned on the massage options for me. With the scrub and warm towel wrap, the pedicure was wonderful. We moved onto the gel polish. Again she was so helpful when I showed her what I wanted. She paid much attention to applying the polish and made sure it had plenty of coats on and it looked great. She also offered nice conversation during my visit. I went on vacation for 2 weeks with the nails and one finger did start to chip a little after the first week, but all the others lasted for the duration of my trip (see photo). It's terrifying going to a new eyebrow threader because every time I've tried, they get the shape wrong and mess up months worth of shape correction. Even when I just ask for a clean up, people get it wrong. Not Jabeen though. She was very warm and welcoming when I walked in and made me feel comfortable from the start. She sat there and listened to my concerns, analyzed the photo I gave her, and gave me the option to pause in the middle of the threading to give feedback. When she finished one eyebrow, she gave me the hand mirror to take a look... it was PERFECT. Super precise lines and shaping to match the photo I wanted. And it was very quick! Most people take a million swipes of the thread to clean up eyebrows, she took less and slower swipes. I'm so happy with my eyebrows. Thank you Jabeen! I'll definitely be coming back. BONUS: She has online booking that's so easy to do. The other salons I've been to didn't allow appointments for eyebrows, so I'd end up going and then told that I have to wait an hour for a wax appointment to finish (after driving 45 minutes to get to said salon). This is the worst eyebrow threading place I have ever been to…read more On 01/17/26, I had my eyebrows done by an older woman who showed absolutely no customer service skills. She was on the phone the entire time during my service. She threaded one eyebrow, then stopped to answer a call. Then she did the second eyebrow and answered another call. It was extremely unprofessional. After threading, I agreed to eyebrow tinting, even though I was already nervous since it was my first time there. On top of that, I am six months pregnant and very uncomfortable. I made it clear that I needed someone who would listen to me and work efficiently because sitting for long periods is difficult for me. I explicitly told them I was uncomfortable due to my pregnancy, so she was fully aware. Before the tinting started, I clearly explained that I wanted my brows light with a natural fade in the front. I specifically said I did not want boxy eyebrows. Despite this, she kept messing up and had to ask a coworker for help. The entire time she was applying the tint, she remained on the phone. Once she finished applying it, she actually stepped outside the store to continue her call, leaving me sitting there. I immediately expressed to another employee that this was not what I wanted. She tried to help by wiping the front of my brows, but I repeatedly told her I just wanted the tint completely removed. The tint was staining the rest of my face because of how poorly it had been applied. She told me no and said I needed to wait 10 minutes. Five minutes later, she was still the only one helping me because the original technician had not returned. I told her again that I could not wait and that the tint needed to come off immediately. When the original lady finally came back after her coworker had already wiped the tint off my face, I started crying and explained that this was not what I asked for and that I felt completely ignored throughout the service. Instead of apologizing, her coworker suggested putting concealer on my face. I clearly said no, I just wanted everything removed. At the register, the same rude technician offered me 25% off. I declined and again explained my concerns. She gave me attitude and claimed that I had been there several times before, which was not true. I had already told her while sitting in the chair that I had just moved to Atlanta from Arizona. That alone proves she was not listening to me at any point. She then tried to force me to pay $25. I refused and told her I would only be paying for the threading service and nothing else. Do not come here unless you like boxy eyebrows. They also overcharge for tint. A box of tint costs around $5 and can be used on 20 or more clients. Tinting should not cost more than $7. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing, especially as a pregnant customer who clearly communicated her needs. My family members sent me here.... Trust me when I say, none of us will ever come back to this establishment.... Hope you fire that individual!
