I attend Kim W's class on Sunday nights, and always leave feeling much better in body and mind than when I arrived. Her knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, along her ability to modify a pose based on student challenges or restrictions makes every class fantastic. Kim's approach is very traditional (no music or essential oils); she instead focuses on leading students inward to focus on their practice without distraction. I really liked classes with Mark because I have an injury, and his class focused on backs with lots of alternatives if needed. I ended up not continuing because I had difficulty making the 5:30 time work for my schedule. All of the people were very nice and welcoming. The studio was beautiful with windows all around. (The sun sometimes made it very hot). I'm glad I went because they were instrumental in me building confidence in moving my body again after injury.

Allows teachers with Covid teach and told me she doesn't care about customer service. One morning it was 54 degrees in the studio. She is nothing but nasty and is running everyone off.

Went and tried this place out yesterday. Here's a few things I can tell you from my experience. The…read moreplace is pretty small, and all there is are weights, bags, and a ring. You take your shoes off when you go in - you can either be barefoot or wear socks. Once you sign up you get a pair of gloves - but if you want the better quality ones they mark them up an extra $12. You also get a wrap for your hand - again if you sign up. If you're trying it out for your first time like me, they stick you with a pair of reallly smelly used gloves, and no wrap. I mean the smell was so bad I could barely slip my hand back into them after I took them off for the first time. Also, no hand sanitizer in the whole place - the entire drive home all I could smell was this nasty BO from my hands I couldn't wait to go home and wash them. The instructor was really nice and helpful. The workout seemed pretty good to me, I'm sore today. Mostly just hitting the bag, doing partner work with these things one person holds up for you to hit, and you hit them then switch. Jumping jacks, squats, burpees, and more were in between hits for cardio, which I enjoyed. Not gonna lie I'm pretty intimidated by the ring and I'm glad we didn't use it. The instructor did say though that every workout they do is different. For a couple to sign up together it's $90 a month which I think is to high for what's there. But on the other hand they do offer yoga which I really miss. You're allowed 24 hour access but I really wouldn't know what to do there without an instructor telling me. If you're into boxing or kick boxing then this is the place for you - if you're just looking to find a good workout routine I think you may find something better for the price.

I have been going to Pilates faithfully for over five years. I have had a severe car accident, in…read moreaddition to a past ski injury that affected my knee. Intense cardio is difficult for me. I needed to find a gentle but safe way to workout. I followed their advice and started coming faithfully several times a week. I noticed as the weeks and months went by that I was stronger and more flexible. It also has helped me with some of my pain issues and made me far more flexible and much stronger. I admit like many women, that I have some insecurities about my body. Yet I felt welcomed at the studio. I noticed there are all ages and sizes of women and that you don't have to be model perfect to do Pilates. All of the teachers are very nice, caring and knowledgeable and are able to modify the routine based on your abilities. Some might think Pilates is an extravagance. I don't see it that way. I view it as a wonderful gift to myself and I feel that I am well worth it. You really should give it a try! (My second review about my husband and Pilates). I wanted my husband to experience it too. Honestly the first time he came was under duress just to make me happy. Before we went he grumpily exclaimed he would only be attending once "just to get me off his back" LOL. After we finished our class, he told me "that was really cool, and I like the stretches and think it can make me stronger". He continued to come with me every week. As our lessons progressed, he soon noticed that he was far more flexible. I noticed that his posture improved. Not long after that he commented that his tennis elbow had disappeared. He was happy to ditch his elbow brace. In addition his tennis game improved as well as his lateral movements. He has been a Pilates fan for years and the only misses if he is sick or out of town or has a meeting. I like it because we are doing something fun yet healthy together as a couple. PS Eron is a great teacher. She is very thorough, passionate, caring, and always in a great mood.
