I've been coming to the 7:30 am class twice a week for almost six years. It is the longest sustained time I have stayed with one yoga class. It is an excellent combination of known poses and enough new practices so that one is not bored. Great teachers and wonderful environment that fosters growth & learning. I usually only make weekend classes. The studio is owned by Ellen who is creative, knowledgable, community-minded, very welcoming and great at adding educational content to her classes. I love her Gentle classes most-when I can't breath and need a solid stretch. I also love Brigid's Energize class - not your average boxed-in boring vinyasa. Her classes are creative and challenging combinations that culminate in a goal pose/ usually a difficult one. I love Kristi's monthly Expand & Explore workshop classes that break down challenging asanas into tiny bite sized pieces. I always notice improvements after her class! Great variety of teachers and classes. Space is cozy - they always seem to manage to find a spot for everyone even when busy. read more

Great yoga studio. Thoughtful and creative instructors who create a mindful atmosphere, beautiful space with big trees to admire out the large windows, great variety of classes... And good parking! Especially like Ellen, Brianna, Neda, and Betsy's classes, but that's personal preference. read more

Pranamoon Yoga is my sanctuary where I go to energize and go inward. The owner Ellen is the nicest, kindest person you could ever know. I love the studio because of its large windows and the historic brick building was an old hat factory dating back to the civil war. The instructors are welcoming and dedicated yogis. Ist great for a levels of practice. read more
