Food here was quick and service was helpful. Drunken Noodles dish was good, as were the potstickers. The food was good and did have a Thai flavor profile but it was Americanized. After an afternoon nap and a visit to the hot springs, the hubby and I decided to go for Thai food for dinner, during an overnight trip to the area. If you want something quick to fill your stomach, this will do. If you want a satisfying, flavorful meal then keep on going. The appetizers were less than appetising. The dip that was supposed to maybe resemble sweet and sour for the spring rolls was more like sugary water. The deep fryer oil definitely needs changed, as both tasted like old oil. The potstickers were made of a pastry type dough rather than the thin, traditional wontons, which did not taste very good at all. I had yellow chicken curry with 1 pepper of spice. Spice and flavor are two different things, and this missed both. My husband had the Pad Thai noodles with tofu and he did not care for the strange flavor or smell. He had two peppers of spice. The Jasmine tea was good and the diet Pepsi. If you want fast, sure. If you want delicious and satisfying, don't bother. read more

I sooooo badly wanted to like the food at this place. At the counter, there's a sign that says "Veterans eat free Tuesday Nov 11th" (2014). Which would absolutely prompt me to send people here, BUT.... the Panang curry I had was awful. I don't know how to make it myself, yet I know I could whip up anything that would taste better. In fact, if I had no expectations of Thai food and then ate here, I would never take even an enemy out for Thai. We are not locals but were driving through Twin Falls. The restaurant is rated Twin Falls' best Asian restaurant, but we found it mediocre at best. There must not be a lot of Asian restaurants in town for competition. I ordered the stir fry vegetables. While the vegetables were fresh and crisp, the sauce was pretty much just soy sauce. VERY salty. No ginger, no lemongrass, no basil, none of the typical Thai flavors. It was also disappointing that they didn't have brown rice. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. The portions are ample - easily two servings. However, we would rather pay more or have smaller portions if it was better food. Or at least actual Thai food. read more

I really like Asian food and Thai is one of my favorites. I really needed some veggies and this was one of the few places along my route that looked like I could get something with a lot of veggies. Prasai's did have veggies in the menu and the service was extremely fast. The food was mediocre, but better than my other options. Nothing authentic about my dish. Very Americanized, but that is probably what they need to do to stay in business in idaho. The portions were large and my glass noodle stir fry came with a big bowl of fried rice. You order to go style, but there is a decent seating area. I noticed they have a delivery service. Food is ready very fast. I have been here twice and I am pretty solid on my opinion. I do call ahead for orders to pick up, usually after work. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I have never eaten in the dining area, but it felt so chaotic when I entered for pickup. It was a busy day. The tension was heavy in the kitchen and it was definitely noticeable. My order wait time increased another 10 minutes, and this happened twice. I only ordered a dish for one person. The sticky rice was fine, but my curry had seafood and the bulk of it was crab leg shells, and inedible fish parts like I just got the steams and shells of a broth without the meat. It was a little to pricy to have that level of quality, and it was generously disappointing. My second order was noodle-based, and was so greasy I barely noticed the seasoning. I think it could be more than it is right now. I may consider checking in again in a year just to see. read more

So, 5 stars, for real!! My hubbie and I are picky Thai diners. This was perfection!!! We're passing through, and; whoa, this is a must have. Peanut chicken on a perfect bed of fresh spinach, pad Thai, green curry, veggie spring rolls... each one voila!!! And the staff, is warm, and friendly. When I first went to Prasais I was a Thai food virgin. Everything smelt amazing but I didn't know what to order. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was not rushed to make a choice but instead, they offered me samples and asked me questions to help me find something I would like. Lunch time prices and portions are stellar. Called them up, easy and fast, had exactly what we wanted at a great price and fast. The owner and staff are very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Blown. Away. We are a group of 8 looking for the closest Thai. We happened upon this restaurant and it is outstanding! We have all traveled to Thailand and are pretty well versed in traditional Thai food. I don't have time to list every item we ordered, but all the dishes were outstanding and the owner is fabulous! I have no idea how this place has a 3.5 star rating because we are all in agreement- authentic, delicious, friendly. LOVE this place! I thought it was OK. I called ahead (even though I was across the street at the Hampton) and my order was ready about 1 minute after I got there. There was nothing in the counter containers, so probably a good call to order ahead. Very friendly staff, and they put utensils in the bag without my asking. I got the Spring Rolls and BBQ Pork Fried Rice. The rolls were pretty good, but I didn't care for the plum sauce that came with them. The rice (spicy) was very good, but way too much for a single meal (as with the rolls). I may have the rest tomorrow for dinner. This is the third Thai place I've ever been to. One in Lodi, CA was absolutely horrible. The second was one in Antioch, CA, which was pretty good (I just had soup and rice, but was pretty impressed). This was my second trip to Prasai's and I remember not liking it much the first time but thought I'd give it another shot this trip to Twin. Never again because I wasn't just disappointed, I was pissed! Absolute WORST! The Curries average $12 a bowl in this place, so they must be proud but the yellow curry I had was just plain horrible, let alone authentic... More like soup than curry!! First time here. Bland, tasteless drunken noodles that didn't seem sauteed enough. Would NOT order that again. Tom Kha soup was ok....not bad but Ive def had better. Not impressed with this place...its convenient to the hotels but dont get your hopes up for great Thai food when your craving it.......well people kept telling me that this place was good....so I thought Id try it again (maybe my first time there was just a bad night for them).......huge mistake. I am new to Twin, and had an extreme craving for Pad Thai. This place is with in walking distance to my office, so I thought I would give it a try. The dining area is very clean, and looked like a good place to catch a quick sit down lunch (I took mine to go, so can't speak first hand on the dine-in experience). I headed to the counter, and checked out the food behind the glass. The lunch special is set up like a Chinese eatery at a mall foodcourt, where you can pick up to three entrees with steamed or fried rice (50 cents extra for the fried). Everything looked fresh and well made, but I was here to satisfy my Phad Thai craving, so I got that and added the chicken and veggie entree (not sure of the name, I think it was mislabeled as glass noodles). The portions were reasonable for the price. When I got back to my office, I sat down to enjoy some Thai...and it was a bit of a let down. Nothing had a kick to it, no spice at all. The Pad Thai was a little bland, and didn't have sprouts or peanuts on it, and didn't come with lime. I'm guessing when you order from the menu, and have it made just for you, you get a more authentic experience. For me, it didn't do Thai food justice. I might try them again for dinner. I noticed they have added a papaya salad to their menu, which is one of my favorites, so I might need to give them another chance...or try their main location down town. read more

Not the best Thai food I've had, but given that this is Idaho it was still pretty good. I had the chicken panang to go, which was pretty salty for my taste and the portion was a little on the small side for the price.
