Excellent food. I personally like this place better than Panda Express. It reminds me of the mom and pap Chinese fast food from California. They have excellent boba drinks. I had the coconut and it was amazing and refreshing. The owners are Korean and they have a few Korean options on the menu as well which made me very happy. I got the spicy bbq pork and the orange chicken and both were very good. For being in twin falls, this place is excellent. read more

the food is great the customer experience however is absolutely horrific. For one, the phone number provided rings on end and never gets an answer, just don't provide a number. 2, I had pulled up to the place MULTIPLE times around 10:30-10:43 thinking it's okey I won't wait to long I'm willing to wait a bits but turns out the employees were pulling in @10:55/11:00. okey I understood it the first time but the 2nd time I was like alright that's just irritating. 3. It seems like the same lady is always at the register and her aura is just off putting she looks mad all the time if you ask for sauce which I'm willing to pay for she rolls her eyes or looks at you like your crazy. I know your not that busy to where you will loose all your sauce if I ask for a bit extra. Calm down. Decided to give MoBettahs a chance instead and I really liked it. read more

Nice folks here! Biggest gripe, too expensive. Everybody riding this shrinkflation train and it's f*ing annoying. Got an order of Chicken Katsu/teriyaki. Of course majority of the meal was rice. Which is sad cause the Katsu is amazing and for someone like myself who actually does not enjoy Teri-yucky, I like theirs. The Katsu was nice and crispy outside, juicy inside. The Teriyaki was sweet (not overly) and well cooked. Like I said, biggest gripe was the price. Lunch time portion, which I assume is about half of what a dindin portion would be, $18. Kind of ridiculous considering the majority of it was rice. I like their food that's why I keep coming back. Though if it was cheaper I'd probably make more of an exception to go here instead of other options. read more

Brand new establishment, we tried it for the first time the other day. We, being my 5 year old and myself. We entered, were greeted right away, interacted with enthusiastically. We noted we had never been there before, so the menu items were broken down for me. All my daughter wanted was mandu (gyoza, on their menu). I tried a combo plate of the teriyaki beef and the spicy chicken. I was told the beef tasted just like Korean bulgogi. I was skeptical, due to it being Twin where Cup-bop passes as Korean (fyi, it's not even close!). That's really the only reason I split the protien portion. I should have trusted, and just gotten the beef. The spicy chicken was ok, good, even, but wont ever become a favorite for me. The beef, though. YES! Actuslly tastes just like Korean bulgogi and I crave Korean food, so this will likely be a staple for me as long as they're in business and I happen to live here. Really, truly, authentic Korean flavor (and I should know, since I'm half Korean and grew up on it). The mandu was good, too. Nice flavor and not overly greasy from cooking. The veggies left a little to be desired (there was a little bit of an... aftertaste?), but were overall good. The proce was a little high ($13 roughly for my plate), but the portions were big and the flavor well worth the cost of quality, to be honest. It's not actually too far priced compared to a similar plate in Vegas, I've just gotten used to Twin's cheap (in price and quality) food. It was definitely refreshing to feel like I was actually getting the level of quality in thd food reflecting the price, rather than feeling like I was overpaying for "meh" quality foods. I'll definitely be back, and likely bring the husband to try out the Katsu plate. Thanks for bringing more variety (and quality) to the Twin food scene. read more

I'll start by saying the food is great! However, I tried to order online for pickup and it would not work so I called to place an order. A man answered and said they were busy and to hold, no problem. I got there to pick up my order, and the lady at the counter was super nice but then a man (whom I assume is the one who answered the phone) started pointing and saying *loudly* that I need to order online instead of calling because they are busy. There wasn't a line when I walked in and there were 4 customers total inside. So sad because, like I said, the food was great! But I probably won't go back. read more

Nothing happy about Happy Teriyaki. Usually don't leave reviews but stopped by for some late dinner. Weren't that hungry so our whole party didn't order and the front desk gave us attitude and eye rolls. Was so excited to eat and did not feel welcomed. :( read more

Stopped in Twin Falls and discovered this little gem. Being from Hawaii the bar is set in my mind - this little stop met my bar. The food is amazing - however, I'm not sure if it was the salt or they use MSG, but the next morning my fingers were a bit swollen, and I was super thirsty! We went here last night for dinner. We had the chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, and gyoza. It was pretty good especially for the TF area. It is a chain teriyaki place and it is counter service. The plates come with a pretty good amount of chicken, rice and veggies. The teriyaki chicken is dark meat and you get a lot of chicken. The sauce was a little sweet but still good. Next time I want the spicy teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken was good it was deep fried and the sauce was not to sweet. Overall, this place is good if your looking for a quick teriyaki plate. read more

Chicken teriyaki and the prawns were nicely seasoned and cooked. We enjoyed them.. The rice was underseasoned, but most people probably wouldn't notice. In all honesty, we were disappointed with the pork and steak teriyaki as they were weirdly thin like lunchmeat. What's the point of that? It gives a deli slice mouth feel and honestly belittled the other proteins that were successful. You gave me real shrimp and not little cocktail ones, why are you feeding me cold cuts? The chicken katsu, while flavorful, fell short because of prep. The breading separated from the chicken most likely because the chicken wasn't fully dried before breading or pre-breaded chicken wasn't on an air rack in the walk in and sucked in moisture. Either way, the crunch was lacking...and underwhelming. Boba was great. We'd go back... hopefully they acknowledge some points I made and improve. read more

Honestly living in twin falls has really lowered my expectations for restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with this "fast food" teriyaki joint. I expected low quality mall food court style food and boy was I wrong. This is no gourmet restaurant but for the price, quantity and quality this place is hard to beat. And fairly quick too. I went during lunch rush and had less than a 10 minute wait. The teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef were good and the gyozas were bomb. I would suggest switching out the veggies/white rice for the fried rice. Service was good and employees were friendly. My only complaint is my egg roll was slightly under cooked, the wrap was a little doughy on the inside, definitely needed a little more time in the fryer. Look is this place as good as the teriyaki place I used to go to in Seattle? No. But for twin this place is pretty darn good. Need to grab a quick lunch and want something that tastes good too? Give this place a try. I'll be back for sure. read more

I miss actual Teriyaki. This is a franchise version of a real teriyaki joint. So its not the same. Small portions for the price.
