Not only that they were able to get me in under the Spring discount which saved me even more money. They didn't have to do that but they did. Honesty, integrity and incredible customer service. They have even fielded phone calls from home when I needed them. Facility is SECURE, well lit and have music playing so you don't feel like your in alone in a haunted movie. Units are CLEAN and in great shape. Easy ACCESS with keypads at all entrances, elevator and entry doors. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

What a nightmare! I…read morework hard for my money and I expect that when I make an investment in my home it's going to be one I can be proud of and use for years to come. Within two months of them putting in a large concrete patio, there were cracks everywhere and it took even more months to get anyone to even come out and look. Their response was a bit ridiculous at best. It was kind of like, "Oh well, we have your money and you have a crappy looking patio"... We don't care and aren't going to fix it. Cracks happen. Do NOT use these people. They could care less. I should have read all the reviews before I agreed to work with them. Anyone have someone who actually values their work and has customer service? Mr Prater is rude, arrogant and could care less.

Prater storage has new, clean and pull thru units. 24/7 acess with camera's for security with great customer care from Sonsee. We did some research online and then called with questions…read more After obtaining the additional information, we were then directed back to the website to complete the lease agreement. At that point, the website told us that the unit we wanted was no longer available and it suggested a more expensive option. We had to call back to complete the transaction. Moving our things into the unit was seamless, however. We arrived and used the app to gain entry. Finding our unit was a little confusing because the unit # given was 6 digits long and the actual units only displayed 3. Once we figured that out (you leave of the first 3 digits), we were good to go. Our lock was inside the unit and ready for use. Lights are on a timer, and this larger unit was less expensive than the larger one that we were already renting.

I rented a midsize unit only three months ago at a rate of $81, which includes the $11 for insurance. I just made a payment this morning, and saw my new rate hike from $81-$151, which is absurd!!! I spoke to the manager at the office, and he talked me out of moving out or to another storage facility, however, I have a feeling this is going to be a continuous issue.
