The only reason for 4 stars is that they came with a truck that didn't have a liftgate while I communicated in advanced that an upright piano would need to be moved. It's not safe to move a piano by hand and roll it into the truck (for movers and the piano), so I'd have preferred if they used a liftgate instead.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours. Even though we didn't have a ton of stuff, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load and unload. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was friendly and polite. We ultimately came in slightly under the original estimate, which may not always be the case, but I appreciate when a business estimates high. Pleasant surprises are always better than unpleasant ones. :)

I was looking at moving a heavy Queen sized headboard only less than 5 miles away(10 minutes) . I…read moresent quote requests through Yelp. For every response I gave the exact mileage and sent photos of the headboard so that everyone knew exactly what I was requesting. Jacob was quick to respond, answered my questions and confirmed the date and time I needed. They confirmed the date and time the day before the move and on the morning of as well. Jacob and Sean arrived on time. They came in and assessed the headboard and proceeded to thoroughly wrap up the headboard in furniture protective pads. After they ensured the headboard was fully protected, they proceeded to move the headboard out my house and to their enclosed trailer. They arrived to the destination timely and moved the headboard up a flight of stairs to a second level apartment. They carefully unwrapped the headboard after we decided on the location. They also sent a follow up message to ensure all went well on the move. They were very fair on pricing for the distance, time and effort required. I will definitely consider using them again in the future if I am needing any type of moving services.
