All children are welcome, no matter their background or behavior. As an employee, I feel like I belong here. I'm supported by the administration and they reach out to check on all of us. We do our best to be like a family here. We have monthly training nights and occasional professional development workshops to support the teachers in being the best they can be. I was supported while being pregnant and on maternity leave. As a parent, my child has learned so much here. He loves his friends and teachers, and I'm not sure where we would be without SaSLS! My son loves to come to school every day. He learns something new every day. I trust that he is safe, fed, and engaged in meaningful activities. The staff truly do care for every child in their care and treat them as their own! I also feel supported as a parent, and there's great teamwork built between caregivers and families. I strongly believe that my child's development and growth have been benefited by being at SaSLS.

I've never been to a church that so frequently (and rightly) puts the gospel at the center of everything. You will hear about Jesus Christ in every sermon! Middle schoolers must be confirmed; this requires three years of attending Wednesday night classes taught by the pastor himself.
