We have had no complaints or concerns. The campus is very secure and Jennifer (the director) has been awesome since day one. They have been flexible with us with scheduling issues as they arise. Before Covid-19, we would walk-in and take our child to the class and pick them up. They have a fob system, so they can see who is coming in and out. Since Covid-19, the check-in process has changed to the breezeway, but they have been fantastic throughout this whole ordeal. They make sure there is only one family in the breezeway at a time, they all wear masks, and you can still feel the welcoming environment. Our child has progressed so much, since she has been going to TLE, she was doing great at potty training (they were confident enough with starting her around 2 years and 3 months) and she was doing great. She has seemed to pickup things very quickly and part of it is her older sister, but some of it is definitely from TLE. All we can say is that we were so happy we made the decision to enroll our child at TLE Hurst.

And was without our consent. At 3 years old, children are learning how to play, listen, and understand -- they shouldn't be held to unrealistic standards. I later learned this had supposedly been a concern since he was 2, yet no one ever discussed it with us. It feels like the school made assumptions and took advantage of us being young, first-time parents instead of communicating openly. Parents deserve transparency and children deserve to be supported, not judged.

From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. On Friday June 11, 2021 I dropped my son off to Cambridge Christian Academy. I was very lucky to…read moresee him at the end of the day. My son was left outside at 430PM unattended at this childcare facility. I was not called or informed about this incident. I stopped by to pick my child up at 5:30PM and asked how his day was to a staff member and the director. They said he had a wonderful day and did not specify any problems. Before we left the childcare facility my son kept asking me for a Slurpee. While we were at sonic ( 5 mins away from the daycare) my son started trying to take his clothes and shoes off saying he was "so hot". I then called the day care back (5:40) Asking what did he do again because he was so hot! They explained he did nothing and should be fine. I then get a called at 6:35PM from the daycare explaining the incident. She explained she could not have notified me until the state gave her permission to give that information to the parent. The Monday following that Friday I stopped by to see how long my son was outside, who found him and what aide was given to him once they found out. The executive director had no answers for me. I then I followed up with her by email - hoping she would have a time frame for these answers. She did not respond to any of my emails until I called multiple times and said if I did not receive a response I will just stop by. She then relied and retracted her original statements that were said verbally. I explained that all of those conversations were recorded among other things in the email and I have not heard from them since. I called this morning to stop by for my refund and they said they would call the police on me and hung up in my face. Please do not send your children here. The director was fired and they called in state enforcement. Seems like extreme measures for a child that was left outside for 60 to 120 seconds. Please see the emails below. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. I've worked in early childhood education for over a decade and have never been treated so unprofessionally. Be cautious.
