Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Example one, my four year old daughter got in the car to tell me a boy in her class ran around naked and she saw his privates. No one from the school spoke to me about it. Additionally, my child is now reciting pre-meal prayers that she learned from the teacher. My daughter was there for three days and I had to remove her the third day because she was being neglected. She came home with a swollen hot rash all over her privates and it went up the back of her leg. They do not communicate with the parents. Here is exactly what hapoened in the three days that made me reconsider when I enrolled her her first day was 3/27/23 and they did not even have her in the system yet so I could not monitor her activity throughout the day. I had to call up to the school for them to give me access to her account. when I got access they posted a picture of her two or three hours later and she was in completely different clothes so I messaged them asking what happened to her pants at 9:59 am and I received no response. then at 11:54 am I messaged them again trying to see a picture of her and got no response. I then messaged them again saying "Hello?!" at 12:11 pm and I received no response then at 2:10 I messaged them again telling them I am on my way and once again no response. on 3/28/23 my mother, who is authorized in her file to pick her up, was supposed to check her out because she had a dentist appointment. so, at 6:27 am before I dropped her off I messaged them saying "Hello! today Mataalii's grandmother will be picking her up around one please send her with mataalii's grey bottle that had her milk in it so I can wash and refill it. Thank you! have a Good day!" once again no response. Then at 1:19 pm I messaged them again saying "please make sure the grey bottle is sent home with tali and also the bottle I left there yesterday please make sure it is sent home as well" once again no response and when my mother picked her up she REEKED of feces as if they rubbed poop in her clothes. on today 3/29/23 at 9:56 am I got an update saying she had poop leaking out of her diaper which means they are not changing her often enough and they are letting it sit on her because her diapers fit. then they said she was forming a diaper rash which does not happen because we put ointment on her all the time and I sent them there with some diaper ointment. then at 11:05 am, they sent another update saying the rash was spreading. At 10:29 am I sent a message to her teacher saying "can you please change her a little more often she never has blowouts with me so I would really appreciate it if you would change her diaper more often so that does not happen thank you." and at 11:33 am I sent a message saying there was diaper rash cream in her bag and to please put it on her. once again no response. when I picked her up today she had a huge rash going from her private area up the back of both her legs and when I was trying to clean it and apply the ointment they should have put on it in the first place. She was wincing and whinning as if it was hurting her. I will never be sending her back here and I would Never recommend them to anybody.

Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad.
