Services Tummy detox - a massage of your stomach...I'm all about holistic ways to get better gut health and this definitely is a great service for that. KC is tiny but mighty!!! Her hands are magical. V-shape - all I know is that it's some kind of radio frequency machine with a vacuum suction that is supposed to tighten your skin and melt away stubborn fat. It's not instant gratification but I see the difference each time I go back. But it kicks starts everything so with a better diet and exercise I can totally see myself maintaining a more sculpted midsection. I've started trying v-shape on my arms so I'm excited to see the results in a few months EMSlim - I workout quite a bit but who wants some extra assistance with being able to do 20,000 reps in 30 minutes you can use this device on your abs, arms, glutes, pretty much anywhere you want to help build muscle....not gonna lie though....first treatment was uncomfortable because I didn't know what to expect...but now I think 20k sit-ups done!!!! I got the whole body "vshape" package for 3 sessions. Each is 90 minutes and I chose to focus on the abdomen and thighs. Vshape is just another brand name for the technology better known as velashape 3. Personally I didn't go for the Emslim "emsculpt" because I have done several sessions elsewhere and my problem is with cellulite. KC was helpful and did a great job although I was a little weary and I felt like it was a bit pushy. I do understand that she agreed to see me at the end of an entire days shift and me being indecisive was not helpful. 12 weeks after giving birth I resume my exercise routine of cardio and going back to my old habit of eating light but I had a hard time still trying to get rid of my stubborn fat on thighs and stomach. i was pretty desperate and I didn't want to give up so easily, so I search spa places that'll help me get my shape back and this one does it. I've had several treatments now at Slim Silhouette and always have the most beautiful experience when I'm there! KC & Kristie are both exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable on the services they offer, happily answering any questions and giving tips to enhance/maintain your results.
