We exchanged a few emails after our initial meeting to hammer out some other details, and each time, Maria was very gracious in offering up her time and availability, despite it being a very busy season. The day of the wedding, I didn't even have to think about a thing as everything was completely set up while I was getting ready. The flowers all looked beautiful and really added another layer of elegance to our special day. Her years of experience show in how she handles her clients, her knowledge of all things flowers, and the wedding industry in general. Left a few voicemails and they never called me back. Owner contacted me a week few days later and said she was out of town. I requested she issue a refund and she said she would. I appreciated it at the time. Since then, i have not received a refund. Contacted owner twice after that and she again said she will issue a refund.
