What a great professional place to have when needed! My dog passed away in the night, and wanted to cremate him asap, and have his ashes. I didn't want to leave his body in a freezer somewhere, piled with other deceased dogs, only to get a box with ashes returned to me weeks after. I sent a message to Precious Pets Memorial in the night. They got back to me immediately in the morning! I was so grateful. Took my dog to their place, and they have a "rush service", for which I gladly paid the additional fee for. I also paid to watch my precious dog get loaded into the (extremely state of the art, extremely expensive looking, and clean) cremation chamber. I felt it important, as I wanted to see that it was getting done, and that I would be able to pick up the ashes in a few hours, and that those ashes would be that of my own dearly beloved dog. After Jason loaded my dog, I left for a few hours, as they need time to do the full cremation, and then prep the ashes and place them in the cedar box. It was such a professional and supportive experience, during a terribly devastating time. I couldn't believe that there was such a great place who handled the delicate experience so well, and so supportively. Searching the entire Southern California, we found the only witness cremation on a Saturday with Precious Pets Memorial Services. We drove 100 miles so our loved one could be taken cared with dignity. Most of my interactions were with Michael who was very kind and considerate. The process was quick; I got my baby's ashes within 2 days of filling out their form. The entire procedure was transparent and thorough and Michael was patient with me and answered any questions I had with clarity. Jordan and Michael are very communicative and answered the phone consistently and when they couldn't I got a call back within a few minutes. The cremains themselves have a lot of bone fragments, but I don't mind because of the respect my baby and I were given throughout. They were kind & wonderful, as I went from inquiring about their services to arranging drop-off just 2 hours later. We live nearby, so drop-off is easy for us. But they offer pickup. Their prices are reasonable and you can arrange for disposal of pet remains a number of ways. We turned to them again as another pet had to be put down. This is a great service. I was blessed with having my Havanese for over 19 years. He passed peacefully on our bed in the early morning. I had already made arrangements thinking we were going to unfortunately put him to sleep that next day. I insisted on being with my boy when he was put in the crematorium. Jordan the owner and his assistant made all the arrangements. We went back the next morning to find our Max laying peacefully on a table. They did a great job getting the clay paw print that I requested at Horizon Emergency vet- I had lost my cat of 13 years to sudden respiratory failure. She was a wonderful companion- the reason for the three stars- is the companies obvious push for making profit- when I received my clay paw print- I also received a yellow envelope- rather than receiving a "sorry for your loss" sentiment- i opened it to see a pamphlet and a business card-- you know, should I need anymore services for any of my other beloved pets. I would recommend a more tactful way of advertising your business after someone loses their pet- perhaps "sorry for your loss- should you need our services in the future- please feel free to contact us"- rather than shoving a pamphlet and business card in an envelope. It was pretty cringe to see that with my cats paw print. read more

My brother's dog passed away during the night. We called a few places and they all said it would take 2 weeks to take care of her (and their prices were very high as well). We finally found Precious Pets Memorial and they told us we could pick up her ashes after the weekend (it was Friday). Their prices were very reasonable as well. They showed up later the same day with a stretcher. The driver was very compassionate and patient and treated her body with respect. We picked up her ashes, they did a great job with her paw print and the cedar urn was very nice. I was shocked to see huge chunks of my cat's bones in the bag... the box is ok but the lock piece is super hard to open or close so I can see it breaking soon... and my paw print had a small phallic looking mark next to it... I don't have enough great things to say about this place. I lost my 14 year old cat last night around 11:30 after a bout with cancer. I discovered this place looking for cremation options. Their prices are so reasonable I had to do a double take. Even for the most advanced options with single viewing cremations and getting an urn and faceplate everything was incredibly well priced. No sense of price gouging or taking advantage of your sadness in the least. I called around midnight, after hours, hoping to get an appointment for when they opened at 9 or sometime after that. I was called at 8:30 or so before they even opened by I believe Jordan who offered his sincerest condolences and went over the invoice for what I wanted. I asked for the middle cremation option which was to have him cremated with other loved ones and a keepsake paw print. The total came out to about $80. If I wanted the bare bones cheapest option it would have been $25. When I got there I called in and a nice man who's name I didn't catch came out in a gurney and respectfully took my cat wrapped in a blanket onto the gurney and made sure no part of it was falling off the side of the gurney and took his time moving the gurney back up into the building. It's the little things like that that show there's sincere care put into this. I was asked if I wanted to stick around to receive my paw prints that day and I had them within 30ish minutes by the same man and was again given sincere condolences, and I was on my way. Guys, I can't recommend this place enough. If you're going through sadness and need a great place with a ton of care and extremely generous pricing with no upselling or anything, this is the place. I'd give this place twenty starts if I could. Thank you guys. read more

I lost my beloved child on March 7, 2020, and wasn't able to be with him and my family during his last hours (I was out of town). Our local crematory service was able to arrange a private cremation service for my precious dog at Precious Pets Memorial Service. The two gentlemen working that day were compassionate and kind throughout the entire process--from bringing in his body on a gurney for his private viewing, giving us a private room to spend one more time with our loved one, to placing his remains in the chamber, and at the end giving us his ashes to take him home. Looking back, I really needed that private viewing and cremation service: to see him, pet him, and talk to him one last time, as well as seeing his remains go, to accept that he is gone from this world. Because of Precious Pets Memorial Service, I felt like my dog got a proper send-off and left this world with dignity. He got a private cremation service a human would get. Last year I got my rat cremated and it was through the vet and they dropped the ball so I got his remains back almost 3 weeks later. What an amazing service for my pet bun. Joseph helped me throughout the entire process, was sooooo kind, compassionate, and also gave us space during the viewing to grieve. The room for her service was quaint with a couch, candles, rainbow bridge poem framed above her body too. The main thing I liked about this place was that they defrosted her body a perfect amount. I noticed that many places take the body out late and during the viewing/service the body is so hard and feels like a cold rock. My bun was removed from the freezer with perfect amount where she looked so plump, I could move her arms/body fine, she still felt as though she was living in some ways which was really amazing to feel during her service.
