When the owner found out the driver was going to take longer than expected, he offered to come with his son in his own car to pick up our dog himself. That level of care meant so much to us. Every part of the process was handled thoughtfully, with everyone's feelings taken into consideration. They made a heartbreaking situation feel a little more gentle, and we are truly grateful.

I can't say enough about Elaine and Santa Clarita Pet Cremation. Losing my beloved Zoey was one of…read morethe hardest moments of my life, but from the first call to the final goodbye, Elaine showed a level of care, compassion, and genuine kindness that I will never forget. Elaine didn't just "do her job" -- she walked with me through my grief. She took care of every single detail with such grace, professionalism, and heart that I felt completely supported during such a fragile time. She made sure Zoey was honored and remembered in the most beautiful and respectful way. It was never about just getting through the process -- it was about honoring a life that mattered deeply to me. What stood out the most was how personal and sincere Elaine's care was. She checked in on me, gave me space when I needed it, and offered comfort when I didn't even realize I needed it. The way she spoke about Zoey -- like she truly mattered -- meant the world to me. There's something incredibly special about a place that can give you peace during your pain. That's what Santa Clarita Pet Cremation did for me. If you're saying goodbye to a cherished companion, know that in Elaine's hands, they will be treated with dignity, love, and compassion. Thank you, Elaine, from the bottom of my heart. You helped me say goodbye, and I will always be grateful for that.

I…read morewanted to give her a proper send off to heaven and I wanted my Cutie to know she will always be remembered and thought of not just by her mommy but to the world as a precious little soul that inhabited this earth. Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. Cutie is looking down from heaven and is saying thank you Mommy for being there for me-I love you! and I love you too!! Thank you Ariel for your artistic abilities and most importantly for the compassion you have for animals. I'm so grateful for what you've done and I value you! -Marisol V.

They were there for us when many places were closed on Sunday or charging high prices. We couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. They definitely deserve 5 stars. I noticed my cat struggling to breathe Friday morning and brought her in around 5-6 am, there was no wait and they took her straight back to get her stable on oxygen. After an ultrasound they found a concerning mass and told me she needed to stay the night for observation and further testing, they weren't sure what was wrong and her condition was very critical. Dr Deegan was extremely thorough in her explanations of what could be wrong, what we should prepare for and i could tell she cared deeply about helping my cat. We left the office and waited for an update, which came very soon after. They had found the issue, a diaphragmatic hernia which had her stomach pushing into her chest cavity compressing her lungs and she needed immediate emergency surgery and medical transport to whatever hospital might be able to take her, and they estimated the bill could be upwards of 20k or more, plus the ambulance fees. We were shattered, we couldn't process and took some time to try to weigh options but the amount was just impossible, especially without any guarantee she would make it or insurance would cover it. Dr Deegan waited patiently for us to come to our decision, but continued to call back and let us know that we were running out of time, and most hospitals were closed for the weekend and soon her condition would be too unstable for her to be moved. Just as we had resigned to letting her go, she called us back with the most incredible offer: she was willing to try to perform the surgery herself at the clinic, saving us the transport and hospital bills and at a drastically reduced cost as it would be her first time and she would be learning from it. She told me she understood the theory and had seen it done, and i trusted her based on how engaged and caring she had been this entire process. Her boss also approved a payment plan for us, and they didn't ask for any further deposit to be put down, just to eliminate any delays to her getting treatment. Dr Deegan stayed almost 9 hours beyond her shift end to perform the surgery, and my baby is home recovering, eating normally and purring for pets only 3 days after i thought i was going to lose her forever. Absolutely mind blowing experience. In the end our costs were closer to 6-6.5k versus 20k+ . I just can't believe we got so lucky

They fixed him up and gave her a discount when she started shouting. I guess I should have made a scene. Edited to add If you are concerned about patients maybe don't have cats and dogs in the same waiting room. And if you allowed owners to go back with their animals when they are examined they can soothe them. My cat was terrified after sitting in a waiting room with dogs for nearly 3 hours. He's never been around dogs before. And I could have calmed him or picked him up if the vet was too afraid. Yes you did offer to sedate him at a very high cost to me so he could be examined. He has never needed to be sedated at the vet before to be examined.
