They have a $30 diagnostic fee, although I didn't get this charge so I guess it applies to the bill? He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. His location was convenient for me but if I had another computer repair, I would not hesitate to drive 30 minutes to get to him.

You couldn't give customers whenever the time you would like to release. There was also funny thing happened. Once they sent out us this message. This mother fxxker never picked up the phone. We were in the front of his shop for two hours. we can heard someone's walking inside of shop, but they didn't open gate for us. we even called police helped us. This lair still ignored our call and message. FUNNY AS FFFFFFUCK! On Saturday morning, we received a message that they stated our car is ready to pick up. Alright.
