During my initial visit, scheduled for Monday at 8:25 AM due to an injury sustained in an automobile accident, I was referred to this facility by my chiropractor. I arrived approximately fifteen minutes early. Upon my arrival, I noted that only one staff member was present at the front desk, and their demeanor was noticeably unprofessional, especially considering my background in the medical field. The inadequate lighting within the facility contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere. After providing my personal information, I was informed that I would need to wait for additional team members whose shifts would not commence until 9:30 AM. This experience was disappointing, as I had made a timely appointment and anticipated a more organized and responsive environment. Furthermore, the facility's interior appeared outdated, and the neutral ambiance did not enhance the overall experience. Regrettably, I wished my chiropractor had recommended a different establishment. Based on this encounter, I would advocate for a rating system that allows for a score of zero stars, as I find it challenging to identify any positive aspects that warrant a single star. I would be willing to travel greater distances to access facilities where the staff demonstrates a more welcoming and positive demeanor. The staff member informed me that the X-ray technician could not come to work and requested that I return in the evening at approximately 9:25 PM, which I did. Upon my arrival at the scheduled time, I was called in after a fifteen-minute wait. In my honest opinion, I felt rushed throughout the entire process. The X-ray technician was notably firm, and there was evident a lack of concern for my comfort, mainly as this was my first experience undergoing an MRI. I felt hurried and became increasingly aware once I exited the examination room. It was also noticeable that the staff departed simultaneously after my procedure. As a result of this experience, I have decided that this will be my final visit, as I would prefer to seek medical services elsewhere. I would much rather drive further distances to access facilities that demonstrate a higher standard of care and ensure that I receive treatment from well-trained and compassionate medical professionals. read more

I was referred to Precise Imaging through my Chiropractor due to some lower back pain I was experiencing. I was able to schedule appointments for two days in a row covering three different areas. The receptionist was helpful and explained everything clearly to me so I knew what to expect. My lab tech was Mario and he was very friendly and accommodating during my two visits. They give you complimentary earplugs because the machine is a bit loud when it's running. During the scans he would use a speaker to let me know how long each session of photos would take. For example my lower back was 25 minutes total broken up into a series of smaller sessions so he would say ok this session will be 4 minutes long so I could better control any movements I might need to make. When the machine is making noise you have to try to stay as still as possible so as to not affect the photos that are being taken. Depending on what part of the body that is being scanned that can be rather difficult but he definitely helped me with the process by keeping me informed throughout both sessions. I usually do not use this app or leave reviews but I had an MRI done today at this location and I walked in so scared, I am extremely claustrophobic and I did not know what to expect. As soon as the technologist juan called me he took me to this little room with lockers and he talked to me and made sure I knew what to expect, letting me know he would talk to me during the scan, and let me know that I could take my time because I was so nervous. He instantly made me feel comfortable, he is very welcoming and will not rush you. When I got on the table he handed me earplugs and a blanket and made sure I was very comfortable and I have to say this made my experience a lot better. I came in extremely nervous and I ended up being very calm! I don't think I would've been this calm if it wasn't for juan ! Thank you. I was referred here for an MRI. Fast and easy process, front desk was friendly and welcoming. I didn't wait long at all, and the tech that took me in was Val. She was extremely nice, explained everything. I was given the option for an open machine since I'm claustrophobic so I thought that was pretty cool. The room was pretty cold so if you get cold easily, dress accordingly. Val offered me a blanket and literally tucked me in. She talked to me throughout the MRI and gave me a heads up on how many minutes were left so that was comforting as well. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Hopefully I won't have to get another MRI but if I do, I'd definitely return to this office. read more

My experience at Precise Imaging was great. I suffer from claustrophobia and my anxiety was starting to peak. My tech Vallerie was awesome. Vallerie was patient and understanding of my fear. Vallerie made sure I was comfortable and safe. I was able to make 2 rounds of x-rays. Vallerie was a good listener and reassured me everything will be fine. Came in for an MRI. If you're claustrophobic, the machine is open but it is very close to your face. You're pretty much in and out of the place. The staff were super friendly. Very clean facility.
