Bait & Switch seems to be their business practice. I had a quote of $300.00 in writing, and the guys showed up (on time), took a look and said it would be about 500. I said I was quoted 300...and they agreed to take it. I ended up giving them 350 as the guys were nice and helped move other things i hadn't planned on. We scheduled an appointment for 10am-12pm and received a call saying that they will be here within an hour but received another call saying that they will be here at 2pm and came at 3:30pm. This shows unprofessionalism and tardiness in this company which displayed in my eyes. read more

We had a very heavy recliner that they disassembled and removed from our 2nd floor apartment in 15 minutes. Had to get rid of an old fridge and old projection TV. I sent out for quote. They answered right away with a quote. Their quote was the first and most affordable out of five, so they got the job. The others were double, if not triple! They came the same day as well! They picked up the two items in a matter of 15 minutes. You know you're in your 30s when you're stoked about junk hauling! I'd neglected a lot of backyard projects over the last year and have finally been getting them handled.
