The others either overcharged or didn't seem to know what they were doing, he stood out immediately for his professionalism and integrity. Even though we're a bit out of the way and our pool requires more attention than most, he never complained and has consistently gone above and beyond. Our pool has never looked better. I came across this Puripool Reverse Osmosis pool water recycling process that turns existing pool water to better than what tap water offers. I called all operators offering the Puripool service and PoolSmart had a reasonable price tag and the earliest availability despite being outside their normal service area. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. My pool water is now as good as new and I will recycle my pool water again between 3 to 5 years when it's due in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Rick and PoolSmart for this type of service.
