On one, the optic screws on the mounting plate were completely stripped, and on the other, a screw had broken off entirely classic headaches that can turn into big problems if not handled right. He extracted the broken screw, dealt with the stripped threads professionally, and even went the extra mile by zeroing my green dot sight for me afterward. Precision Arms Gunsmithing is a godsend. I needed an AR upper built quickly for a class I'm taking this coming weekend out of state. The spot opened for me last minute and I really wanted to take this new upper with me to put it through its paces. My regular gunsmith is out of town and I called 2 other business near Brentwood but no one could do it right away and some places were 2-months out. I was beginning to lose hope that's until I discovered PAG. I called PAG at 10:30am, told Chad the owner what I needed and why I needed it right away. I came by his shop at 11:00am and dropped off the pieces for the upper build. He called me at 12:15pm and told me the upper was ready to go. I couldn't believe it. Chad is the man.
