Where should I start......December 8th my sons birthday and also the day a silly woman ran her light and struck my vehicle almost a exactly a month to the date of purchase. I knew I had to get the vehicle fixed and get my baby back to looking good. Knew a couple of shops around the way but wanted to try somewhere new, but I knew I had to do my homework. After doing my homework I came across to Precision. They had good reviews and great rating. There was one bad review but it was seems the person reviewed on the wrong shop. I would never judge a shop off one persons bad experience anyway. I met the owner German as I spoke to him initially. Very sharp dresser and easy person to talk to. German listened to all concerns and made sure they were taken care of. I must mention his colleague Chris was a gentleman and a man of his word as he overseen the work as well. Having your car hit while it is parked only to find it after the fact is such a stressful thing BUT I will say that Precision made it so easy to recover. As a woman, it was really fantastic to be greeted by a knowledgeable woman in this field as I arrived. I was given clear information about my damage and was walked through filling with my insurance step by step. The entire team made this entire process far less scary than I imagined. I was truly taken care of and I felt as if family was helping me out, not a business just trying to make the most out of my misfortune. PLUS, the work they did on my car was STELLAR!!!!! I cannot tell that anything happened at all. The bodywork and paint job (my paint is special and requires extra steps) was done immaculately. This review is a bit belated, but I had such a great experience I still wanted to post it. Back in January my car's front bumper got ripped off while it was parked during the snow storm. I took our car into Precision Auto Collision a few days later, and Kevin was immediately super helpful. He was able to order after-market replacement parts and cut us a solid deal on the work. Within about a week, our front bumper was replaced with a paint-job that perfectly matched the existing paint scheme. They even touched up some separate scratches and areas of rust with fresh paint. It was on a Saturday morning that I had parked my car half-a-block away from my apartment in Long Island City (Queens). Later on that same day at around 8:00 pm I noticed that someone hit my car on the right passenger side damaging the rear and right side of the car. Accountability! I received an immediate response with one phone call and a quote when I brought my SUV for bodywork. There was a mistake made on their end when I first went to pick up the car. They noticed some streaks in the paint. (Not extremely noticeable), but they spotted their error once the vehicle was in sunlight while looking from an angle. In fact, they pointed it out to me and apologized. They took accountability for the mistake, and "Ubered" me home. I picked the car up two days later as good as factory new. A little pricey, but most bodywork is, and "you get what you pay for." I would go back to them and recommend if you want professional, honest work. read more

I found this shop on-line and based on the reviews, I made an appointment to bring in my car. German met me outside his shop and was professional and friendly. He assessed the damage to my Lexus (dented car door, scraped paint) and referred me to John for a quote. John was very nice and great to deal with. I decided to have this shop repair my car and several days later German picked the car up from my garage and delivered it back a few days after that. The work was perfect. Alway iffy with dealing with different car places but German knows what he's doing and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My car got hit on the left side by another driver that was making a u turn. The first person that came up on my head was German. He helped me out dealing with all this headache. This place is hands on the best body shop in queens by far. The staff and the management are very helpful and professional. Went there through a friend that referred me to the place.
