I would not recommend this business when they cannot respond with a simple phone call or at the very least a text message. Both me and my Tesla are happy-as-clams with the service we received here! I dealt with Ricardo and Kamal when I brougth my Tesla to P.A. R. They do FANTASTIC work and they are really, really nice guys. I'll be the first to admit, I'm not the easiest woman for a car-guy to deal with, but good customer service here is relentless, even to people like me. I had been promising to bring my Tesla in over a year and gave them quite the run-around with requesting multiple quotes and postponing the work. They never got testy and impatient with me. (Ricardo has the patience of an angel.) They are very honest with their pricing and their schedule, which is something that I had an issue with at another bodyshop. Wow...believe all the hype! The level of attention and service is amazing. Both German and Paola treat you like they've known you for years. They truly care about your satisfaction and make the entire process very simple. For anyone who's had a ding here or a dent there, and anyone who is traumatized because of the damage to their car, this is the place to take it. Dropped my damaged front-end truck on a Monday and it was ready the following Tuesday. They even had it detailed inside and out. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom. It was only missing the new-car seat plastics. Otherwise you couldn't tell it is a two year old car. The paint is perfectly matched and the reflecting lines are straight (no wiggly lines here).
