They said they would run an electrical systems check on it and let me know the results by the end of the day. *** they didn't tell me this would cost $59.95. *** I didn't hear back from them until the next morning. They recommended a new alternator, and oil change, and oil system flush, new tires, new spark plugs, fuel injection service, engine coolant (I just had the radiator replaced 3 days earlier), cooling system flush, brake flush service, and a two-part cooling injection kit. The quote that they gave me kind of set me back on my heels. Almost $900 for the alternator and what I thought was just the oil change. When I commented about the price, suddenly John magically came up with an alternator that was $100 less. I told him to go ahead with the alternator in the oil change. They took it upon themselves to do the oil system flush also. That cost me another $80 for parts and labor. That's shady. I'll never go back there.

I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck. But don't realize more hidden damage then what the estimated claim is. Most body techs tell the owner to well see ya. Been through it. A tough industry to make a living. Alot of independent shops are best.

Everything was on time and a week after the bodywork was done I got a letter in the mail from them thanking me for my business. After the work was done I noticed a small button cover on the Dashboard was missing. I called them and they admitted that they probably had taken it out and probably had lost it so they got the part on order and I had it the next day. Super impressed by my experience there.
