His guys do amazing work as well, never had a bad experience and have used them several times through the years. The thing is, they are a Ford dealership, but have done other models I've thrown at them. When I used to have a Mitsubishi Galant, they replaced my bumper, did some paint on it as well, and always throw in a detail job with every job they've done for me, and do a very good job at that. Most recently, my brand new Subaru Crosstrek had some minor paint scrapes on the bumper after I backed into someone, and knew I was paying it on my own and was very reasonably priced, and the paint job looks as good as the day I bought it! They are also very honest, I also own a 2004 Ford F-250 and as people may know with this body style, the fenders like to rust. As the rust kept coming on, I brought it to them and they told me it would be expensive and not worth doing because the rust will come back. I brought it to Macco and the rust did come back within a year, and just containing it now. They don't seem to be out for money, just giving you the best work for your dollar. I will always use this place, they take care of your car as if it is their own, in a timely fashion!

My insurance company estimated that it would take 10-13 business days to repair. It's been over 6 months and they still have my car. Dave, the manager, has repeatedly lied and mislead me and my insurance company about the status of the work. When I was finally told it was ready, the work that was done was so bad that the insurance adjuster (who came with me) told me not to accept the car back. I have lost thousands of dollars in car payments, insurance payments, out of pocket costs for rentals, and loss of income due to lack of transportation because they have kept my car so long. And to top it off, Dave is so rude! They have never apologized or offered any restitution. In fact, when I went in to see the car myself, he sat in his office, never acknowledged I was there, but barked answers the questions I was asking the front desk manager through the open partition. According to Dave, I am lucky. The last car he repaired was in his shop for 14 months. Bring your car literally ANYWHERE else if you get into an accident so that you can avoid the absolute mess that it's been working with them.

However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. It was okay, had to get the siding of my door replaced after a collision- went through my insurance…read morecompany. My car door doesn't close easily like it used to but just needs a little more force, which is fine. Also I swear I'm hearing a louder whistling noise when I'm on the highway like the door isn't fully sealed but rain doesn't come in so I guess that's okay too. They fully cleaned and detailed my car which I thought was a very nice gesture after taking longer than the initial quote to get the work done. However when I looked in my bag of tote bags I saw evidence of mice/some small animal who went after a couple bags and my orange hand sanitizer. I don't eat in my car and have never had this problem ever, so I know it occurred while at the collision center. Take everything out of your car if you go!!
