This facility is a well kept secret to most who are not in Marion, I gladly drove the 32 miles to trust the repair of my car to Nickles Automotive Repair Company . Not only was the repair cost unbeatable anywhere, but these guys are genuine down to earth honest and trustworthy and reliable and professional auto technicians. when I called Nate after the repair, he said: "We don't mess around, we fix things right". The…read moreinstaller (owner) said wait 3 days to roll your windows down and to let the tint adhere to the windows/get all the bubbles out. Great, right? Not exactly. After 3 days I noticed a defect on 3 out of the 5 windows. 2 of them had bubbles, and 1 had a botched cut at the bottom corner. On 5/7/2012, the installer redid the ones with bubbles but refused to redo the one with the bad cut. He tried to cover it up with what looked like sharpie and I told him to take it off because it looked worst then just the bad cut. I complained again that I was not happy with the solution and he still refused not to fix it. I also overheard him say that this is a shame to undo a good tint job to fix these minor things and complain to the other guy that was working there. Overall, I am shocked with the customer service that is supposed to have 30 years of experience. I am submitting a BBB complaint on this company.

Unfortunately, it had sold but they said they could get a similar truck on trade. In my head I was yeah right whatever that's what they always say. To my surprise by Monday afternoon, they had found a similar truck and were willing to bring it to Marion. I said OK sounds good, by Tuesday afternoon they said they have the truck sent me the VIN and it would be there on Wednesday. I said i will be there Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise by 2:00pm on Wednesday they had the truck we negotiated the trade and I had bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLE X31 TRUCK. That's the sales side. I could not be happier than the way I was treated no high-pressure sales just let's find you a truck. No poker face I was so happy with the truck. The next step finance I met a great gentleman named Bryson he went over the numbers. Obvisilouly his job is to get me financed and sell me the warranty the paint protection and the secondary accessory warranty. I was dead set on no extended warranty but then he hits me with something I didn't think about. It made me think maybe I should get the warranty. Side note recently my son had wish we had a warranty because we spent so much on repair. Someone told me a new truck as more computer's technology built into them than the space shuttles of the 80'and 90's. The peace of mind to know I am covered for repairs for the life of the loan and a mileage that will take me 10 years hit. I can't say enough of my experience compared to some other dealers.

If it takes that long to get an appointment, just imagine how long it would take to get your vehicle fixed. I most definitely would not recommend this body shop...... It's probably not affordable either.
