Terrible service and the manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, dishonest and has no accountability. Tuffy removed a plastic shield component under the vehicle to perform an inspection which is attached with 24 plastic clips and returned the vehicle with only 4 of the 24 clips reinstalled (ie. failed to reinstall 20 of the 24 clips) which caused the plastic shield to drag on the ground upon leaving Tuffy. The manager refused to correct the problem, refused to install the 20 clips that Tuffy removed and failed to reinstall and hung up the phone.

He would scream (not exaggerating) at me over the phone and cuss me out for asking about the status of my car over the next 3 months. If you value your car, your money, your time, or self-respect, please do not give this shop your business. They were horrible on all fronts and don't have good expertise when it comes to servicing a vehicle beyond an oil change, which I personally wouldn't trust them with either.
