Did a very good job removing most of the stains and the prices are fairly competitive. Wish it could have taken out some of the paint splashes and ink as well but it didn't... Perhaps it's due to the raining day, took a long time to dry out and the carpet was a bit wavy after the cleaning. I'm glad they gave me a few tips and suggestions on how to maintain my new porcelain tile floor, which is nice. Wow! So, so happy. He said my tile would look like new. I never believed him. But true it is. My tile hasn't looked this good since the 1990's. Happy, happy. A little pricey, but is it? If the result is wonderful? Oh BTW my maroon carpet is cranberry again and the pile is not crunchy. They do need to bring a second person to help move furniture (only complaint). Take my word. We had our office carpet cleaned by Precision. We are a dog-friendly office. We have a foster puppy that had a couple of accidents which I'd cleaned. The spots were gone and it didn't smell. But I was worried my carpet cleaner didn't get it up fully and we might wind up with lingering odors. Unfortunately the carpet overall wound up smelling worse AFTER it had been cleaned. It smelled like wet dog afterwards- maybe I was overly sensitive but it didn't (ever) have a freshly cleaned smell at all. Also several areas are now crunchy- telling me their equipment left residue behind. Or worse its stuck in the padding. Taylor (he's a real cool dude and talks a lot!! lol ! but I'm ok with that because i like contractors that can talk and laugh instead of being stuffy and unfriendly who just want to come in work and leave), came by and cleaned my carpets and my furniture. I have 2 cats & had not had my carpet cleaned in a year so they were funky with cat hair all deep in the carpet especially on the stairs. Well, when Taylor was done with my carpet, it was beautiful and smelled really nice. The furniture came out really good as well and looked like new and they did not take long to dry. My house smelled really good and looked really good and I did not want to let my cats back into the house.. I had them in the garage- don't worry though because the side door was open and i have a metal screen door so they were getting enough air, plus my garage has windows so they were fine. Oh, here's another fabulous thing about Taylor, he used one of my hose and when he was done, he placed it back exactly how he found it, cleaned up all his mess, put the chairs that he cleaned under my table and even locked my gate when he went out!! to me that's fantastic!!!! Very professional!! He gave me a receipt that showed exactly what was done and the amount that needed to be paid. it was a good price so I was happy. He also gave me a business card for my fridge and 2 others. Service was great , my carpet came out good, my furniture looks like new so I was really pleased!
