Maaco did an awesome job and I've already given them a review as well. Today I called Kniesel's again because I need my driver's side window replaced. They gave me the name of the sister company they use for window repair (Nex Automotive). I called Nex, and they were super nice, and I'm looking forward to them fixing my window next week. Thomas communicated clearly and let me know I could bring the car to their West Sacramento shop instead, which I did. The whole experience was straightforward. I originally expected to get my car back on Wednesday, but it ended up being ready on Friday.
