I returned 2 hours later And everything was set up in my phone. I just signed my receipt, gave them a review at Google real time with a gadget they had tapping my phone!!! They deserve stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** P C Warehouse has the worse customer service ever!!! My fiance and I…read morepurchased a computer from there about 8 months ago. The computer is under warranty for 1 yr. We recently started having problems with the computer a few days ago, and didn't understand what could have been causing it. The computer is barely used, and because we've had issues with our prior computers with viruses, we've made sure to be extra careful of downloads, etc. We decided to take the computer back to P C Warehouse to see if they could check it out. Mike (salesman, manager, owner, not really sure what his title is) initially sold us the computer. He was there when we went to take it in to be checked. He stated that he would need to keep it and run tests to see what the problem could be. He stated that he wasn't sure if it was a Hardware issue or a Software issue. He also stated that Software issues were not covered under warranty. We asked if we could wait, and he said no it would be best if we left it, and they would call us when they found out what the problem was. So because we knew that Software issues were not covered under warranty, we specifically asked to be contacted before any work was done if Software was an issue. He stated that they would call us and let us know. However, we get a call today 7/28/11 stating that the computer was ready, and it would be a charge of $50 because it was a software issue. We get to the store, and Mike proceeds to tell us that it was a software issue and that they went ahead and fixed it. We then stated to him that we requested to be called before any work was done if costs were going to be incurred. Mike then became very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! He even began to raise his voice! I was appalled by his actions!! I couldn't believe that he would really handle a consumer that way! Not to mention he was at fault! When we realized what he actually did, it was something we could have done ourselves! He stated that the motherboard software was missing, but he didn't know how. We didn't do anything to it! I don't believe it was ever a software issue, I believe it was a hardware issue(covered under warranty), but he was just trying to make a quick buck. He couldn't even look us in our faces, because he knew he was wrong. Anyway not to bore you guys any longer, but if you ever need a computer, I would recommend anywhere else other than P C Warehouse. He asked if he could take my tv with him and have it returned around 5 days later. At that point the tv would still turn on once in a while and I didn't want to miss the Presidential debate so I asked him if it was okay to leave the tv here and have him come back once he got the replacement part (I felt bad since that would require multiple trips to my place). He agreed and called me back soon as the part arrived at which point he came back and took my tv for two days for Q&A testing. My tv was returned in working condition. Thanks John!

John told that he needed to take my TV to the shop to repair it, but he picked it up and brought is back in couple of days, so I didn't have to worry about it. The TV is now working and I have not had any problems with it since then. The price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the service.
