You can't seal a patio in the rain and it has to be above 60 degrees!!! And NO you didn't answer my emails. I sent them to the office. His work looked good, but then about a week later, I realized that the slabs adjacent to the house did not appear to be tilting away from the house. So I checked the level of the concrete, and sure enough they were NOT tilting away from house. They were not tilting towards the house either. They were simply level with the house. So I did not think much of it, since they were not tilting towards the house. But only one month through winter, A HUGE crack appeared across the entire patio, and the slabs began tilting TOWARDS the house, and water started pooling against the house. So I contacted Shawn to let him know of this huge problem. He refused to admit fault and was rude, and refused to do any fixing.

Our house is over 100 years old so we ran into a few snafus, like an uneven floor, bracketing issues attaching the dishwasher to the counter, and hose fittings but he handled it all smoothly, checking with me before making any decisions we might not have been comfortable with (e.g., screws in our counter interfered with bracketing the dishwasher exactly in the center of the space we had wanted so we had to shift a little to the left). He also reused some materials I had left over from a DIY project I had done to level the washer, saving us some money on additional materials. We also ran the dishwasher before he left and identified one of the hoses was a little too loose, causing a slight drip, so he made sure everything was tight and secure before wrapping the job. The dishwasher has been running great! The price was really reasonable and Jose was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely feel very comfortable calling him again for future jobs!

We had a previous tear off, meaning we have single layer roofing. I was told by rep that double layer roofing is no longer acceptable In Michigan. So we had to do another tear off. I just checked with Michigan roofing codes and there is no such change in layers. Double layer is acceptable in all Michigan cities. I also checked Go To Roofing for verbiage. Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. I called roofing due to possible leak in upstairs back bedroom.
