Very satisfied with the service Billy & Co provided. I reached out to him last summer about getting my truck windows tinted. Online quote response was fast and price was fair(I had contacted a couple of other tinting businesses from Yelp, and PCT had the best price, and best Yelp reviews). Since this was my first time getting tinting, I wanted to see the product in person and ask questions. Billy said to come to his shop and he'd be happy to help. He explained the process and the various tinting quality options and how the darkness percentage works out. He even gave me some scrap material with the different levels of darkness like 5, 20, 50%,... so I could place them on my windows at different times of the day so I could see the darkness levels. He said to be sure to check it at night time to make sure whatever level of tint I pick is not too dark for me. After the tinting, you can't roll down your windows for 3-7 days depending on things like weather temperature(the film needs to dry/cure). At the time, I needed to use my truck with being able to roll down my windows, so I put off getting the tinting. Fast forward to now, I contacted Billy and asked for a new quote since I figured the price probably had changed from last summer. He said he would honor my old quote which was great. Made an appt and brought my truck in a couple days later. The job took around 1.5 hrs, and he kept me updated on the progress via texts. The finish product looked great. They did a clean and nice job. I opted for 20% ceramic on all four door windows(for people that want a blacked-out look, they get the 5% stuff,but that is a little to dark for me-don't want to give LE any little excuse to pull me over). The Tacoma rear door windows have a built-in dye tint from the factory, so they ended up being darker than the front ones(which I didn't mind and really preferred to have the front a little lighter so it still ressembled the factory levels of darkness with the rear windows darker, thinking I will get less nit-picking from LE). I would definitely recommend PCT to anyone looking to have window tinting done on their vehicle.

I requested a quote from the team at PCT because they use high end products from Kepler. Making a quick appointment was easy. If this place is local to you or even an hour drive, like I am, don't hesitate to get an appointment with PCT. Van and Billy are very knowledgeable and very professional. This place is family owned so they put their heart into their work. My car was done quicker than I anticipated considering I had all the glass tinted including the front windshield. Billy will explain to you all your options so you are not walking away thinking if you've made the right choices or picked a good option. Ultimately, it all comes down to quality of work and materials. I can't be happier! Price is very competitive and in my opinion it's hard to beat. We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Kinda like speakers vs headphones ... (HiGHLY RECCOMEND) Drove to Anaheim from HOLLYWOOD just to get this done & i WiLL BE BACK !! As you can tell from the length of my review- im STOKED !! THANKS

A few years ago, I had my windshield replaced by another shop because it was a little cheaper. They rushed the job, reused old molding, and didn't prep the surface correctly. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

Billy tinted my wife's car about 6 months ago and we were very satisfied with the service and quality of work. I was so impressed with his work and his professionalism I had him do another one of our cars. In this time when customer service is on the decline in my opinion, Precision Cuts Tinting is top tier. I did get a couple other quotes and they were all pretty close in price but Billy was just more on point with his options and knowledge of tint and understanding of what I wanted.
