Very satisfied with the service Billy & Co provided. I reached out to him last summer about getting my truck windows tinted. Online quote response was fast and price was fair(I had contacted a couple of other tinting businesses from Yelp, and PCT had the best price, and best Yelp reviews). Since this was my first time getting tinting, I wanted to see the product in person and ask questions. Billy said to come to his shop and he'd be happy to help. He explained the process and the various tinting quality options and how the darkness percentage works out. He even gave me some scrap material with the different levels of darkness like 5, 20, 50%,... so I could place them on my windows at different times of the day so I could see the darkness levels. He said to be sure to check it at night time to make sure whatever level of tint I pick is not too dark for me. After the tinting, you can't roll down your windows for 3-7 days depending on things like weather temperature(the film needs to dry/cure). At the time, I needed to use my truck with being able to roll down my windows, so I put off getting the tinting. Fast forward to now, I contacted Billy and asked for a new quote since I figured the price probably had changed from last summer. He said he would honor my old quote which was great. Made an appt and brought my truck in a couple days later. The job took around 1.5 hrs, and he kept me updated on the progress via texts. The finish product looked great. They did a clean and nice job. I opted for 20% ceramic on all four door windows(for people that want a blacked-out look, they get the 5% stuff,but that is a little to dark for me-don't want to give LE any little excuse to pull me over). The Tacoma rear door windows have a built-in dye tint from the factory, so they ended up being darker than the front ones(which I didn't mind and really preferred to have the front a little lighter so it still ressembled the factory levels of darkness with the rear windows darker, thinking I will get less nit-picking from LE). I would definitely recommend PCT to anyone looking to have window tinting done on their vehicle. read more
